My, my. I leave and come home to lots of chatter. When Heidi talks THAT much it means she is tired. Glad you are going over to Taura's!! ( :rotfl2: sorry couldn't resist) I can't believe Taura's luck either. It is as if she knows Julie! Tell her I'm sorry to hear of it

Julie, you poor thing! I wish you lived closer. We could all go out for a girls night. :grouphug: I would love a Disfamily meet as well. Kind of depressed that we can't do anything. With 2 cruises within 10 months of each other, the hail damage to the truck, camper and house and all the deductibles plus the 1200.00 we put out on the Suburban we are out of money majorly. A Christmas Disney fix would be AWESOME. I don't think I had as much fun as that time we were all down there together. I won't forget the Morroccan visit you guys had :rotfl2: and the Whispering Canyon luncheon with everyone. I can't believe how bad everyone was there but ME!! ( ) You guys will be in 7th Heaven with those games on the Holidays!

Barb, they are worried about Stacey as well. She is already starting too. The babies are head down and I can't remember her number. She is going in today. Can you reschedule the Oregon trip? My mom went to CA right before my early delivery so she missed it too. I wish I could say the same about Stacey. She has more than what she needs. Too many of us are buying, buying, buying. But, but it is fun!! :teeth: Heidi, I will send you Barb's home email address.

Jeanne, awwww, that poor whale. I always hate to hear things like that. I love it when you have your days off because you finally post. I need a Jeanne fix before then.

Do you all notice it is Jeanne and Joyce going in Dec? Does she forget who got her started on all this? Does she include #1? And then she wonders why I wait till last minute...because she doesn't include me. Also...do you read the PM's I send you? I told you I got what was in the mailbox, How much do I owe for the lanyard and the pins...it was never answered.

Well, enough said.

Julie-you do need a little luck out there don't you...you need a cruisers fix...wish I could win the lottery. Of course I would have to play! Eagles also play Christmas even and NY's day. Who thought up that schedule!

Heidi- I LOVE THE HOUSE!!!! I want it!!!!! Mine is so rinky dink...but it is a roof over my head which many don't have so I won't complain.

What a day at work...went well till the end. I love people who need "emergency" surgery in England while they are visiting relatives but have been there and known for 3 weeks, and won't fly home so they will be in network because the airline told them that they shouldn't. Do I want to buy the Brooklyn Bridge?

OK...I have vented.

I will change into my new purse so I can carry it tomorrow...yes Sandy it is the same style as last year. Must be something in the air in NJ that the nurses had to treat themselves yesterday.

Barb-you may not be going to Oregon!!!

Sandy-when is Stacy due? Both head down already?

Nurses, Stacey is just back from the dr. Will find out more on Monday but they said both babies are down and her number last week was 24 and now it is 18? Not sure what that is but I think it has something to do with the cervix. And that she may have to go on bed rest. That is what she will learn on Monday. What does all that gobbly goop mean? She is at 30 weeks.

Poor Bonnie, time for a calgon bath! Hugs!

Comin' Miss Scarlet! Don't know anything about the 24 to 18 thing. You think I would know something with having these three! Both heads are down is a good thing. But if I remember right, my doctor told me that when my kids were head down, he said that there was a chance that they might change directions. They didn't of course and all were early!!!! Makenzie was a week, the Big Guy was almost 2 weeks and Brooke was also a week early. Anything is possible!!!! I wish Stacy and Missy all the luck in the world! I know they will both do great! If Stacy is at 30 weeks, I bet they put her on bed rest. Did they say anything about the sizes of the babies? That too could give you the answer about the bed rest thing. Let us know!!

Barb, I would definitely think twice about going to Oregon. I know you can be at 2cm for awhile, but I wouldn't want to risk being out of state when my daughter is having her first baby. I know my mom was teaching when I was in the hospital when I was being induced with Makenzie and she called right at the end of her day right as I was pushing!!! I remember they said push and the phone rang in the room and Garry answered it with his one free hand and said..."yeah we're kind of busy here! We pushing.... gotta go!" She asked him if there was anything happening. She thought (and so did the doctor) that since I was induced that it would take awhile and that I probably wouldn't give birth until later in the day or evening. Well, I proved them wrong!! LOL! Started the pit (the drug to start induction) at 7:15am, water broke at 10:30 am , got my epidural (sp) at 11:30am took a hour or so nap and started pushing at 2:30pm. 5 pushes later there was Makenzie!

I must say that I was lucky when I had my babies! Easy labors! Except for the blood pressure thing with Brooke and once that scare was over, it was smooth sailings!

Heidi, LOVE LOVE LOVE you new home!! So when are you inviting all of us for the house warming???? I wish I lived closer!!!

Bonnie, so what does this new purse look like??? I'd like to see a picture of it!

HEY, where is Susan? Wasn't this the week she was to find out about Turner? I hope all is ok with him and her brother!

Well, gotta go! I'll be back later!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO DICK MARSHALL!!! :bday: :cake: :wave2:

I think that is it for the missed birthdays! I'm so sorry I wasn't on my game the last few weeks!! I hope you will forgive me!

Wow, it is REALLY, REALLY slow.

Heidi and I were gone all day shopping for baby shower stuff.

Stacey's babies are ALMOST 3 lbs so that is good.

Julie, I had an EASY labor and delivery too. Lost my water at noon, no pain until 6pm and delivered at 10:30. Only bad thing was Heidi was 26 minutes later. Always difficult aren't you, Heidi??

Gotta run. Heidi is cooking. Better go help. Love to all.

Jeanne, HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Sorry it is late. Dick...Happy Birthday late also.

Hope Susan is ok. With her brother and Turner, I am concerned.

BONNIE: First of all - you will ALWAYS be #1 Disney Dudette & whatever we do, of course, we love you to come with us but I wasn't sure of how much vacation time you get. Save the first week of December for Disney :earseek:. Lanyards, medallions & pins are all paid for. The lanyards will be sent to me but you may be the one to pick up the pins & medallions at one of thos pre-cruise :boat:parties or we'll pick them up onboard.

Thank you all for the birthday wishes.

Went out early to buy that "memory foam" for my mattress. My mattress is new but just too hard. Went to Victoria Secret to use my $5.00 off a bra ($29.00 bra) & got my free perfume. I then got this sinus headache -took Tylenol Sinus & slept the rest of the day (I hope I can sleep tonight).

HEIDI: Joyce said she would be happy to pick up the shot glass in Ireland :shamrock:. She is such a good soul!

Hope you all have a beautiful weekend :sunny:. You can all be jealous of our weather in N.J. now. Supposed to go up to the 70's Monday & Tuesday. Miss you all :grouphug:. Toodles  :genie: JEANNE

Thank Heavens for Julie....

Happy Birthday Jeanne!

I never remember...how can you forget on tax day.

Very tired. Went to dinner at Applebee's...they have WW meals with the points listed. I think I know them by heart...saved up my points and had soup for appetizer-onion, a Chicken sandwich with pineapple on the side...Delish! And dessert a cheesecake thing....Man am I full!

The weight loss finally kicked up a notch...another 1.5 pounds. Yahoo! And fat jeans are getting loose.

8AM dentist tomorrow...first fitting!! No extractions! No fillings! No root canal! :Pinkbounc

Jeanne I have 5 weeks total...3 sto, 2 personal, 3 weeks vacation and 1 week bought. Haven't used one single day yet. I think I am due!!! Jeez!! No wonder I'm stressed!

Hi guys!

Jeanne, 70's for us too. A big difference from last week!

Bonnie, my new favorite restaurant is Applebees because of their WW menu. I absolutely LOVE the tilapia. The chicken sandwich is very yummy, too. Congrats on the baggy jeans and the 1.5.

I just bought a size 8 jeans but their is no way I am a size 8. They must run majorly small because I wouldn't even begin to fit into any of Heidi's clothes! I couldn't pass them up tho. Another great deal for in between sizes and the cost again was 10.00.

On the run, going to see Stacey's nursery and look for furniture for Heidi. Should be a fun day.

Love you lots

Hi everyone. Sorry I haven't been on this week. After being out the week before, work was really crazy thi sweek. I worked late 2 days and had a board meeting another, and went to see my brother in any spare time. He is home from the hosiptal now and looks great. I am so relieved that his surgery and recovery have gone so well. His son-in-law was told on Friday that his unit his been placed on alert and may be activated soon. I hope not.

Turner did not have a skull fracture or sinus problems so now we go see a neurologist and discuss treating for migraines. I am not so convinced he has migraines because he can still cope and I know I can't when I get them! We'll see what the neuro says. The appointment isn't for about 6 weeks.

We have youth hockey awards banquet today. The weather here is beautiful. The banquet includes some outdoors activites for the kids so they will be happy.

Have a great rest of the weekend and I'll do better posting this week.

Hi Susan, :love2: good to hear from you. Your brother sounds like he is doing fantastic. I now pray his SIL doesn't get activated. What a bummer. My neighbor is home (in the US) from Iraq. Looks like he will be out of the service soon and won't be reinstated. I hope for his parents sake! They went through so much when he was gone. We will keep our fingers crossed for TUrner. Hope they figure things out soon.

Time for our Sunday brunch. Talk to you all soon.

Hi all, just wanted to post that we are home. We got home last night, but had a birthday party to attend today.
I haven't read anything and won't until tomorrow.
We had a nice time. I wish the weather had been a bit better. No rain to speak of, but a couple of chilly, windy days.
I will post more tomorrow.

I want my OLD weekend back. I hate this weekend! I loved my weekend with Joyce & my old friends :grouphug: Bunch of miserable people on this weekend & it is ALWAYS busy. I had to change weekends when I had the opportunity because of my daughter's wedding :bride: :groom:

DENINE: I was thinking that you were going to have a beautiful :sunny: weekend weatherwise. See you never can tell.

SANDY: I know I am NOT going to recognize you!

SUE: Nice to see you post.

BONNIE: Thanks for the birthday wishes.

I am so tired. I am dragging :faint: Hope you all had a nice weekend. It sounds like you did. Toodles  :genie: JEANNE

Hi everyone! Good to see Susan is ok and back to posting.

Jeanne, sorry to hear you had a bad weekend at work. I hope things will get better!!!

Heidi, LOVE the house! I really wish that I could be there when you move!!! You know the old saying......New house.....new baby :teeth: ! (just kidding of course! There will be time for babies!!!!)

Sandy, I'm NOT going to recognize you either when I see you (whenever thats gonna be:confused3). I saw you sitting in on of the pictures Heidi sent me and I couldn't believe how much you have lost!!! At first glance, I thought you were a friend or cousin of Heidi's and then I said... OH MY that's SANDY!!!!! She looks great!!!! And a size 8 pant......... Boy do I feel fat now!!!! I'm still trying to lose weight and doing my treadmill and bowflex and watching what I eat, but you are doing FANTASATIC!!! Let us know about the bed rest and Stacy!

Bonnie, YOU GO GIRL!!!! I knew you would be doing great at lossing weight too! I love the weight watchers food menu at Applebee's too. That is what I get when we get food there. The chicken sandwich and the mesquiote(sp) chicken salad is also yummy Oh and so is the Tilapia(sp). Ok, where is the picture of this purse????

Denine, When I woke up this morning, I said... "Denine and Jerry must be back". I said this because we have had beautiful weather for the past week and this morning it was drizzling out. Now in their defense, it did clear up and still was a beautiful day out! Don't worry, it is suppose to be nice out until Wed or Thursday and then rain for a day or two and then nice again.

This afternoon I went to the wake of my mom and dad's neighbor. It really has hit me hard. She was only 69 and she was always so nice when I was growing up. Boy, was it like old home week at the furneral home. The "kids" of the neighborhood were there and I hadn't seen them since I was like maybe 8 yrs old and all I heard was.."I remember when you were this big" "can you believe that this is little Julie", and "YOU have been married for 10 yrs??? WOW! Oh and don't forget "you have 3 children, wow I can't believe that you have that many children". Now I know that I was probably the youngest in the neighborhood, but it made me feel like I should go sit at the little kids table at Thanksgiving. It was nice to see everyone though.

I'm alittle concerned about my dad. Did I tell you that he now has a blister on the heel of his good foot now? Anyways, I went with them to the furneral home and he needed a lot of help walking (keeping his balance) and he seems to be breathing "funny". It's not like his breathing is labored or anything, but it's just not right. It's not really HEAVY breathing, but at times he seems like he is or losing his breath or something. My mom had to get him some water at the furneral home because he was feeling "funny". I'm sure a lot of it was emotions, but he just wasn't right to me. And I also found out that another neighbor ( one of my brother's good friend's dad when he was growing up) doesn't recognize anyone but his wife now. No one knew he was like this until this weekend. I guess he was going down hill for the past 2 years. I just have that helplessness feeling that everything that I had known, is now changing and there is nothing I can do about it. Getting old stinks!!! It just seems like EVERYTHING is changing all at once!

OH well, gotta go. I hate to be the one sounding so, poor me and look at how "unlucky" or "feeling bad for myself" etc. I just had to vent. IT NEVER RAINS BUT POURS! Right?

Hi Barb and Sally!!!! I hope everything is going well! Keep us posted on the baby news!!

Have a great day!!! I'll be back later, and I promise no bad or "downer" news.
Just happy posting!!!! :sunny:

I am glad you all liked my new home!!!! I like it and am looking forward to decorating it!!!

Julie - vent away, that is what we are here for. :grouphug: When I see older people that can't get around and look so helpless, I always say that I never want to get old!!!

Not sure when I will be able to have a housewarming party (my work thinks it should be the first weekend in May), but c'mon I have my sister's babyshower to put on and I can't afford to put on 2 parties!!!!

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY JEANNE :bday: :cake: :rose:

Hi all! A nice Monday, partly sunny and 71, even though it did rain yesterday when it wasn't supposed to. Yes, we control the weather. We have to leave for the nice weather to come and the yucky weather comes back when we get home.

We had mostly uneventful drives. Kaleigh did throw up on the way down, 5 minutes from the rest stop. We had fun cleaning that up. Monday was gorgeous. We spent the day at the beach. The water was too cold to swim in, but we did let the waves wash over our feet. Kaleigh really got a kick out of that. I got sunburn on my arms and legs because I forgot about the sun-sand mix. We went out to eat 3 times and I had some wonderful seafood. Kaleigh was still sick for the first couple of days and I was sick the whole time. I got a cold on top of the sinus infection on Wednesday. I am finally getting better. We had a 2 bedroom villa. We are all spoiled now. Kaleigh loved having her own room and we liked having the living room after she went to bed. She even had her own bathroom. We spent Friday night off-island so we could spend the day at the resort. All in all, we had a really nice time.

We just got 5 yards of topsoil delivered so we can fill in a major low spot at the back of the yard. It was fine in the fall, but it sank over the winter and water just sits.

I hope everyone's babies are fine.

Heidi, I need to see pictures of your house.

Julie: pixie dust for everything.

Sue: Hope they find out what is going on with Turner and glad your brother is doing so well.

My dad is having some bladder tests done today. He can't get rid of his UTI's and they think he is retaining. Most likely it is related to his MS.

Belated happy birthdays!

I am sure I am forgetting stuff, but this will have to do for now.

Happy Monday!!

Denine-Sounds like you had a great time. When is the next trip? August Cruise?

My Mom, Dad, Patty and Ken left yesterday for Oregon. Bob and I fly out on Wednesday. I am looking forward to spending time with the family. My brother Rick is going to have a bon fire and we get to roast hot dogs while we are there. I will get to see his 3 daughters that I have not seen in a long time. I am looking forward to it.

Missy has been in pain all day. She said the pains are not too bad yet. Hummm wonder if this is it or just her body getting ready.

Heidi I never got the pictures of your new place

Barb

Denine - I will email you the pics. Glad you had a good time...too bad you and Kaleigh got sick.

I want to be able to feel the ocean on my feet, might be a few more years for me before I can make it back out to the ocean now with me buying the house.....but I did leave enough money in my savings account for a possible group DISfamily cruise in a few years to come!!!

Barb - I am waiting on my mom to give me your email address. She hasn't gotten online yet so she should send it to me this afternoon when she gets on. Your trip to Oregon sounds like a lot of fun. There is nothing better than a campfire and roasting hot dogs and marshmellow.

NO MOM, we cannot roast marshmellows in my fireplace!!!!

It was nice being able to read some posts today. I was kind of lonely over the weekend.

Julie, :love2: I feel for everything you are going through. I pray that the blister goes away on your dads foot. I understand your concern with his diabetes. It is sad to read about him feeling "funny". You feel so helpless. I think that you should thank everyone making you feel like you should be sitting at the "kids table". Never feel l;ike you can't share or pout or feel sorry for yourself or any other emotion that might crop up. We are here for each other. :grouphug: Thanks for the compliment. I didn't realize I was in Heidi's picture. Your compliment made me feel good. Yes, the pants are size 8 but I KNOW they are sized BIG. I am NOT a size 8 nor will I ever be. Just in my dreams!!

Barb, wow, Missy is having pains? Wonder if they are braxton hicks (sp)?Have a wonderful time in Oregon. There is nothing better than roasting hot dogs and getting them a little black.

Heidi, are you sure we can't roast in your fireplace?? :rotfl2:

Welcome home Denine. Sorry to hear about the weather and you guys being sick. Not a perfect vacation except for the 2 bedroom villa!

Jeanne, ya you will recognize me. I haven't lost that much since October. Sorry to hear you don't have your normal weekends. How long will that last? Through the summer??

Stacey is due here any minute from the dr office. She will find out if it will be bed rest for her. I hope not as she has a bad back and I just don't think she could do it. After dinner they are off to Lamaze class. We saw their nursery over the weekend and it is cute. Nemo, Dory, the turtle and someone else that I can't remember its name is painted on the walls along with a lot of other fish.

Bonnie and Susan. Time to post again!

Heidi just arrived home so it means it is time for cooking. Talk to you all tomorrow.
