Ok, I can take the hint! I didn't think I smelled that bad! And to think that I had some GREATTTTTTT news to share. Oh well, I'm just going to go and tell myself the news.

Another Saturday, another nasty migraine. Jerry has thrown up twice and is in bed with a cold cloth. I told him I was ordering the herbal supplement for migraines. I did.

JULIE: We still love you So glad to see you posted! I think you are going to have your hands full with Princess Brooke .

Worked Thursday & Friday & worked the beginning of the week cleaning out my mother's house. Like I said before, I now have a new resolution to clean out my house so that no one has to go through what we had to with my mom's house.

Joyce is in Florida at her niece's wedding somewhere near Miami .

I have a million things to do in my house today (did a few already) but just needed to talk to my computer/cruise family

Jerry has now thrown up 5 times. He can't take his migraine medicine if he keeps vomiting. It is too expensive to flush down the toilet.

My comforter came clean the 2nd time through the washer.

Work was good yesterday. Jerry had a bad morning. Kaleigh was misbehaving. He was quite tense when I got home from work.

Julie: What is your good news to share? Does it have anything to do with Garry? We need to go out, just the 4 of us.

Sandy: I got the card in the mail today. It will be mailed either Monday or Tuesday. Is that OK?

Jerry is finally feeling better.

DENINE: Poor Jerry I get a migraine once in a blue moon but it is the kind that comes on all of a sudden & just like Jerry I need to throw up & lay down (hopefully in that order).

No one is up in my house & it is almost 5:00 PM so I can't do the things I want to do! I wanted to start working on the basement but that is where my son's room is located so another day that I couldn't start my throwing out, cleaning up, etc.

Hi guys,

Julie, I want to know the news!!

Sorry I wasn't on yesterday. We were able to take our friend from the nursing home to her house. She is being a stinker. We got home and went to bed and then the phone rang from the fire dept telling us that my mom was rushed to the hospital. We ran up there and she was already gone. My mom passed away last night. The cause will be heart related. They are not doing an autopsy. They feel comfortable that it was her heart. I feel fortunate that I called her probably a half hour before she passed away and had a wonderful day with her on Monday. The shock factor is VERY hard but I am hanging in there. The girls took it pretty hard.

Just wanted to pop in and let you know that my life is in turmoil and will get on when possible.

Oh my goodness Sandy! SO sorry to hear about your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and Ted and Heidi and Stacy. I know that it is hard, but if you NEED ANYTHING from your Dis family please just ask!!

SANDY: I am so sorry for your loss . I am not complaining about my mother ever again! Let me know if you need anything. Settlement on the house was Friday & everything went well so now I don't have to worry about her house & have time.

I won't even mention the EAGLES today since they are playing Colorado.

OMG! Sandy, I am soo sorry for your loss. Let us know if we can do anything.

Jeanne: Glad everything is done with your mom's house.

Jerry is out cutting the grass. We were going to go to the zoo tomorrow because it was supposed to be 64 and sunny. Now, they are calling for a 30% chance of rain during the day and 70% as the day goes on. Hope the kids don't have to trick or treat in the rain. Don't know what we are going to do now.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN
I usually love Halloween, I love to carve pumpkins and hand out candy. Today I am not feeling all that festive, I couldn't even finish carving my pumpkin yesterday but luckily Chris was there to finish it. Maybe as the day progresses I will get in the mood.

Julie - I want to hear your good news...please tell.

I am here, had a long weekend...2 sleepless nights and many many tears. Was looking forward to the extra hour yesterday but then I just wanted it to pass as fast as possible. It just doesn't seem fair, it hasn't even been 4 months since my grandpa passed away and I still haven't healed from that.

All I can say is that I REALLY hate this year with a passion.

But atleast the Broncos beat the Eagles yesterday (sorry Eagles fans) We kicked some serious butt then almost lost it in the 3rd quarter but thankfully recovered in the end.

Hello everyone. Where are you guys?????

Denine, how is the weather for you guys tonight. Hope it is dry. It will be dry for us. Something we haven't had in a very long time. In fact, I can't remember a year that it has been dry.

Jeanne, sorry we beat you guys yesterday. I wish I could have been around to harrass you a little bit on the phone about the game.

Heidi, what picture did you use to carve your pumpkin? It is a rough Halloween for me as well. I love the little trick or treaters. So did my mom. I insisted to Dad that we be at home tonight and not with Louise. Our tradition of chili went out the door but at least we will be home. Can't think of the last time we were here at night. It has been a very stressful emotional day for me. Got to the funeral home for our 10:00am appt to find out that Sam and Roy had been there at 8 and made all the arrangements without anyone of MOM'S FAMILY! The little handout is very masculine and awful BUT the saying is fine. AND, he bought a beautiful rose casket arrangement and one to go inside. That is cool. I am upset with that family but will have to get over it so that I can get more of mom's belongings.

I don't know how many trick-or-treaters we will get, but you can come over to my house for Chili. (It is not as good as yours though)

We carved the one that said "Trick or Treat" and had the picture of the bat and spider.

Heidi:

Sandy: Who are Sam and Roy? Your mom's boyfriend and who? You don't get any say in your mom's funeral? How awful. to you too.

Kaleigh is so excited about tonight. She didn't want to nap because she was afraid she would miss trick or treating. She will be Princess Aurora, she decided she didn't want to be Ariel.

We had fun at the zoo this morning, but didn't stay too long. Kaleigh wasn't as interested as we thought she would be. We went to lunch at Friday's and then came home. We carved our pumpkins while Kaleigh was in bed. I just took the pumkin seeds out of the oven.

Kaleigh is wired and we told her just to watch her Halloween shows. I turned them on and it was Garfield. She didn't want that one. SHe wanted Charlie Brown. So, that is what she is watching to pass the time until Trick or treating.

Jerry's migraine meds came today. I hope they help him. We will find out in a few weeeks or so.
