I really like the idea of making the party an interactive party with everyone making a pie. If is ok with you I would like to encourage some of my Missionettes Mothers to bring their daughters to help with the pies. Kind of a Mother daughter thing. What do you think??

Barb - it was so great finally meeting you in person. I had a lot of fun and glad I got to meet some your family as well!!! See you November 18th!! I didn't order some things so I could save them and order them at your party!!!!

I bought all the ingredients yesterday to make the pinwheels, only thing I can't find is spinach.

Good Morning!

I must be grouchy today. We have 2 doors that have scanners on them and we all have key cards. The outside door is usually unlocked but the inside locked. They do lock the outside door also on weekends. So anyway this morning I'm driving on Powers doing about 60 when my hood starts flapping. The safey lock was still locked but the hood was not shut down right. I was almost to work so I decided to wait. When I got to work I can not get my hood down or open all the way. Got my car inspected over the weekend and I guess they did not get it shut competely. I go to walk in and some SNOTTY girl is telling me I have to scan outside. I told her I would scan on the inside door and she says no you have to scan here too. GRRRRRR needless to say I was pretty irratated. She was snotty and wanted to explain the rules over and over to me. She knew I was really irratated with her and had no interest in what she was saying. LONGEST elevator ride of
my life. I was underpleased and I can not hide when I am upset with someone. What a morning!

Now I have guilt! I feel really bad about being irratated with her. I'm sure she was just following the rules. Why Why Why do I wear my feelings on my sleeve? I need to learn to hide them.

Hi Stacey!

I am all about the interactive experience. I have never done a Pampered Chef party like this before but thought it would be a fun change. I LOVED your idea of everyone making a pie. We need to put our heads together and see how to make this really fun!! I know that years down the line when you are a VERY sucessful Pampered Chef consultant you will look back on this party and think of it as one of your best!

You will thank me for this one day!

AND BESIDES YOU HAVE AN AWESOME MOM!!!!!!!!! Who I might add has excellent taste in friends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Barb - Don't feel guilty. I was grouchy this morning as well and was irritated at the guard this morning because I used my key card to enter the building and as he was walking up the ramp to where I just got in at, he asked me for my ID. I was put off because obviously I had the card or else I wouldn't have been walking down that ramp. I had to stop put everything down that was in my hand to pull out my ID!!! But I know he is only doing his job.

Barb, it was so much fun seeing you, Tif and Jaymee. I got to thinking. I bet the last time we saw each other wasn't at Bahama Breeze but at Fargo's. Tiffany just got her drivers license and you were giving her directions to Fargos. Weird that I remember that.

Sally, I can't remember exactly what Barb told me you said. I should have printed it.lol

Stacey, I know you guys went into the pie party a little but I honestly wasn't listening. My bad. Cris and I were talking. My bad again. Anyway, what is it all about?

I heard from Julie last night. It was 10:30PM in Orlando. They are flying home at noon today.

Barb- u are so cute!! We will definitely make this a party to remember...especially since you will be the first one I get to try this out with!!

Mom- apple pie party is going to be where all the guests bring a pie plate and pie crust and we fill it together and everyone gets to bring home an apple pie to freeze! It should be fun...I am interested to see how well it works!

Your bad report button shows up on my computer but it does not show up on my posts for me if that makes sense. I guess they figure that you won't report yourself.

Can you imagine. "Hey I would like to report my last post because I used some bad language and was mean to another Dis'er I was very offended by what I said". heeheehee

Stacey-What do you think if we made a BIG batch of pie crust ahead of time and let everyone roll theirs out on a Pampered Chef "thing a ma jiggy" ??

I am not a pie maker but I am willing to try it.

Barb, I bet that would take a very long time if we did it that way. I really am not beyond refrigerated and/or frozen pie crust. I know that it would be a selling point your way but I bet it would take too long especially if you are inviting the missionettes and mothers.

I guess it would really depend on how many come. I am not expecting many because I do not have a lot of luck with parties.

OMG that was great, thank you for making my morning. I really needed that. I slept horrible last night and I have tears in my eyes from laughing because that was just hilarious!!!! I will think about this all day to get me through the day. Ah, deep breath.....too funny.

Barb - I thought not many would come to my party also. It went from 18 people to 9, but it was still a lot of fun. At least you can count on 2 people here!!!!

Mom - You are so cute, I love you. I am still laughing at you though!!!

Good Morning!

Tiffany is back safe and sound in Tulsa. I think she got to do everything she wanted while she was here. I am going to try and make her next visit more special. I didn't do half the things I wanted to. I have been so distracted lately. I want to have her Tinkerbelle tree all set up in her bedroom, a basket of goodies waiting on her bed, and special surprises in her room. I also am going to plan a Mother/Daughter day to spend time with just her next time. I also have been such a slacker mailing her care packages. I am going to work on one tonight.

Did I tell you about the "Hoe Down" I am having for my Missionettes? It should be really cute. It is a Fall party. I am going to have crafts, square dancing, lots of goodies and face painting. (Hope the girls are ok with stick kitties on their faces, I am not very experienced in face painting!)

Heidi- I am sorry you did not have a good night. I sure hope things are getting better for you. I love ya Friend!

Every morning I call all my kids and leave a voice mail telling them I love them and to have a good day. My step daughter Amanda has one of those voice mails that says....Hello.......Hello....Are you there??....hello........
MAN I DISLIKE THOSE!!!!

Funny I said dislike. When I was little my Mom did not let us say the word "Hate" Even to this day when I say it I feel like I just said the mother of all cuss words.
