October 19th Cruisers again and again... Part 2

Barb - that is so sweet of you. :hug: I am so excited to finally meet you face to face. But please if you need to cancel because you need to spend more time with your family, please do so. Don't feel pressured that you have to come. Our family is so close that we definitely understand family time!!!!! You are such a sweetheart, I love you!!!! :grouphug:
 
Ok, I need your opinion on something. Hope I can explain this so it makes sense and PLEASE be honest with me.

At our house every Wednesday night is Pizza and "Lost" night. We always go to the same pizza place and get the same thing. 2 pepperoni pizzas. Well last Wednesday we got home and realized we had 2 cheese by the time we got the food home Ethan was hungry and crying for dinner. I called the pizza place and explained we got the wrong order by I needed to feed the baby something. They said bring one back and we will replace your pizza's. Soo everything is great up to this point. I send Jaymee and her friend Mike with one of the cheese pizza's to make the exchange. They come home with the same cheese we send and ONE pepperoni. I was pretty mad so I called the pizza place again. They said come down and we will replace the 2 pizza's. By this time it was late we had already made 2 trips so I told them I was done for the night. They said they would put it on the books to replace 2 pizza the next time we came in. Well last night we came in to get 3 total pizzas (2 replacements and another one) The guy that was here said no you only get one free because we have already replaced one. I told him that was not the point. number one I was told we were getting 2. number 2 it took 2 trips down there for them to still screw up our order. After fighting with him for a while I finally told him I would go to corporate with my complaint. I did get the managers name and number to call today.

Ok be TOTALLY honest with me. Should I drop it because basically I have gotten 2 replacement pizzas or keep fighting because they have not gotten it right yet and have not done what they said they would do???? :confused3
 
Good Morning Heidi!

Here is what I am thinking. I want to go to a craft show in Monument in the morning then I will head up there. Can I bring the girls? We will leave about 3:00. (I say that now but then I get to talking and don't leave when I should) ;) That way we can get back home and up to the Zoo for Boo at the Zoo. ETHAN IS GOING TO LOOK SOOOOO CUTE IN HIS COSTUME!!!
 
Barb - if it were me before my picture experience with Walgreens, if I were you I would drop it because I hate dealing with stupid people and arguing. But after Walgreens deleting those pictures I changed, I would still continue and contact corporate. You go there EVERY week, you are definitely repeat customers and should be a valued customers for being so loyal, their mistake and they should give you one more free pizza because the person said he would. I see the other guy's point because they already fixed the one order of pepperoni pizza so that would only be one more that you should get...BUT the guy you talked to said he would write it on the books for 2 pizzas. That's the least they could do for making you drive out there 2-3 times just to get your order correct.
 

Okay, I am trying to shrink my name. It is smaller in photobucket, but it is still big on the disboard.....what is going on??? Okay now it is too small, oh well it is better than being so huge and breaking the disboard violations.
 
Heidi- I have another question for you. Have you ever been to the Paramont Theater in Denver? I want to go to the Nutcracker in December. Can I buy the tickets from the Paramont directly? They are for sale at Ticketmaster but I don't want to pay the extra $10 a ticket to get them. We are going to be in Denver on Monday and would like to buy them directly from the Paramont. Any idea????

Jeanne, it was very relieving to read your post. I was going to pick up the phone yesterday to check on you but didn't get around to it. Sounds like everything is going great. BUT....you are way too busy now and we lose our Jeanne time. Miss you. Hugs.

AND BARB (again), it will be so much fun to see you this Saturday. Yippee. What a treat. Once again, I agree with Heidi, if it becomes too much, don't hestitate to cancel.
 
Sandy- Aren't you proud of me I have had my Secret Santa gift for like 3 weeks now!!! Just waiting for the right time to mail it! :santa:
 
Barb - If you go to the Paramount Box office and buy the tickets through them you will not have to pay the ticketmaster fee. At least it was that way last year. I confirmed with someone else who purchased tickets there and she said that no you would not have to pay the fee. I am not sure what the box office hours are though?

Barb - I have mine too, I have had it since...let's just say a few weeks!!!!
 
Heidi- If I bring the stocking I made for Ethan and a stocking I made for the Missionettes can you take a picture of them and scan it to put on the website? I do no have your gift for knowing how to do that.

I would LOVE a shirt with my name cute like yours are!! We SOOOO need to take a cruise together!!
 
Barb, 15 day cruise is exactly what I have heard is perfect for Hawaii and that is the only way to see Hawaii. I think you will be so happy. If Disney does cruise to Hawaii in 2008 I bet I could talk Ted into going. What cruiseline are you going on? Don't you wish that you could do half the stuff Heidi knows how to do on this board? Even Stacey a newbie knows how to post. Ya well someday, maybe I could learn.

I just checked on the computer and they just ordered the parts 2 days ago and it will be another 4 or 5 days before it comes back. I requested that they deem it a lemon. We will see. I thought all that was a given but guess not. I really am tired of all this. The reason it went back this time is because it was probably dropped the last time in the shop and the whole casing was out of whack and they couldn't even put on the cover at the store. Ted dropped it during the summer when we were back and forth with Best Buy but we could still put on the case etc. I told them that we don't want it back since they dropped it that bad. DUH!!!
 
Well I called the corporate office for the pizza. They will send my complaint to the owner. I hope I get satisfaction this time!
 
Good for you. GOOD LUCK! Hopefully you will have more luck with your pizza than I am having with the computer.
 
Sandy I think you have the patience of a saint. If were me I would have kicked some computer people b*tt by now.

Yeah ok so it is time for me to leave.......

As you know I take escalated calls and I am also a support for our sales managers. Well a few minutes ago I got a pretty standard call asking me to help a sales manager with a policy I had to call accounting to verify some information. I was so focused on a few different things I was working on I got the information and hung up with accounting. The guy that sits behind me asked me who I was talking to. I told him accounting and he said I thought so. Did you know you just told accounting you LOVE THEM when you hung up the phone!! Oh my goodness. I was so focused I didn't even realize it!
I tell my kids, family and Husband that every call. HOW EMBARRISING! My name shows up on their phone when I call. Guess I will pay more attention to what I am doing. Scott the smart bu** that sits behind me then asked me if I tried the same method with processing.
