I looked on YouTube and there are plenty of fat Disney adults that generally are things like Plus Size Park Hoppers, or fat influencers who brag about what they eat at Disneyland and have a judgement free zone.
But if any of these Disney adults hired a nutritionist or fitness expert who was monitoring their food intake, and they are a Disney adult who is overweight and has the "girl you're not fat, eat whatever you want, you're at Disney" mentality, I don't think they will be in for a good time.
Plus I tried the idea that if I went to Disneyland I lose weight for walking but it didn't work. I likely didn't really walk much and I still ate El Pollo Loco/ giant burritos, even if it was outside the park and I saved money. On the surface it seemed, it's not McDonalds or Burgers, but I still ordered like a fully loaded burrito. But the worse thing is that some Disney guests are resorting to using mobility scooters / rascals to get around, and they can get very aggressive if you get bothered by being inconvinienced by them. And the worst part is, using mobility scooters slows down lines as guests will have to wait for them longer to board and unboard rides. And they take away precious space from parades or fireworks spots.
Why do people like burgers or pizza so much, but will not eat a salad that has no dressing or croutons? And how is it part of Disney magic to be fed pastries made with white flour and not whole grains? Most NBA stars don't eat churros or like your typical plus size Disney Adult, they may only sponsor the junk food that these Disney adults like, such as Ruffles, full calorie Sprite.
Like I get it this is America and we have to accommodate for obesity, but if you go to countries like Japan, obesity is very frowned upon and you can't just go there expecting a planet fitness judgement free zone. And even as a fat person who was at Disneyland like 290-300 lb at one point, I still walked and refused to use a mobility scooter. At my fattest point, there were times I got kicked off Supreme Scream, and also the restraint on The Riddler, the seatbelt was very short and must click in, or they gotta try very hard to squeeze you in. But I never had any problem fitting rides at Disneyland, but I know Disneyland is very plus size friendly, and I'm not sure how fat you gotta get to start finding out you won't fit on some rides.
But why can't we fat shame people who use mobility scooters when they could make some effort and try walking? Maybe we don't fat shame the fat people who are still walking, but the ones in rascals will hold up the line and make it hard to get around tighter spaces on crowded days. Also alot of cast members are fat and I wonder how they even are capable of standing up or walking all day in a theme park. But even if they are fat, most of the fat cast members still walk and I assume they won't allow any cast member to use a rascal to work. But most Disney executives are not fat, so it seems you can't be too fat if you wanna work at the highest level like executive. Josh D'maro looks pretty slim and I don't think he will eat churros all day even if he has a Disney gift card he can give himself. I guess if you're fat and want to work at Disneyland, you can only be like a tram operator or maybe have a role similar to a crossing guard?
But why doesn't Disneyland have more requirements for rascal use? It seems anyone can just get one and being too fat is allowed. Why is Josh D'maro allowing this? I seriously doubt he lets his own family members eat like your plus size Disney guests, but he sets up churro carts and donut carts everywhere around the park, but not home made smoothies not made in a Ninja blender with ingredients from Whole Foods?
