DH has inner ear problems & can't ride spinning things (too bad he misses out on the Tea Cups!) so I want to have every option on the cruise just in case he feels ill!
We're dressing for Pirate Night too...still searching for pants & vest for DH. I found a puffy maroon shirt for DH at Goodwill & bought some leather lacing to stitch up the chest. I need to add some puffy cuffs to my white shirt & then we're all set.
I ordered a bunch of sea sickness stuff from drugstore.com yesterday. SeaBands for adults & kids, bonine for dh & I, & dramamine for ds. I always try to be prepared
We'll be ordering room service for Formal Night. Nobody in our family likes to dress up that much...so we'll have our formal night in our pjs in the room

I asked DH about getting a pedicure this week (because he has to watch DS when I go) and he said "Why don't you get one before we leave for the cruise?" That's a month away! Sheesh...

For the past couple of days I have been trying to access our yahoo site to sign up for DIS-Tag. You gave me an invitation a few months ago. I keep getting a message that the site is for members only, and I don't have access to the site.
Did I do our say something to have my privilages revoked?>>
My husband wants to work with the logo to see if we can maybe do a polo-style shirt with it as a logo and add our names under it. (Think Izod only Cruise-A-Palooza ). So we'll see what happens. 
Anyway, I decided to just wait til the Saturday before and get them done then.

I do have a question. Has anyone ever done the "guaranteed" room thing before? And, if so, do you remember how long it took for you to get an actual room number? I've got serious ants in my pants and sooo want to see what room we'll be in.

And, plan on the kids eating room service, plutos, or topsiders buffet. We are going to dress up though, for both Palo & semi formal night. We have to look good you know, for the lobster. 
My DH is ALL about the lobster and ordering eggs benedict every morning. Needless to say...His pants are just a wee bit tighter when we leave. But, I suppose I shouldn't talk. I'm ALL about the dessert buffet, and chocolate souffle.

I have never booked a GTY - until this cruise. I have read on the boards 30 days so I am looking today (as well as everyday for the last month) So far - nothing. I have also read on the boards that some didn't get an assignment until 2 weeks out
We are also doing a Palo's brunch, we requested one of the sea days. We get the concierge service, so they do all the bookings
HEEE HEEE Anyway, I hope everyone has a great weekend. We'll be busy. My daughter seems to be ever so popular this weekend. She has two birthday parties to go to. 
So, on top of the other things going on this weekend, we'll be driving around alot to get our little princess to where her public needs her. Heee Heee 
And, what was worse, they didn't like my fingerprints. Apparently I have too many "extra" lines and the pretty little "rings" on my fingers were thus partially blocked by these adorable little "extra" lines. I had 2 good fingers out of 10. Oye Vey! However, looking on the bright side, all of the paperwork that we had to redo over the Labor Day weekend and the updating of the fingerprints (that apparently change every 15 months) is now done and we're back to a waiting pattern. Please join my in prayer that we won't have to wait much longer. I'm not sure if my sanity can handle it. Talk to ya'll soon! Kristi
