we were thinking of doing it on CC too, but they don't allow young children to go on. But with Cocoa beach parasail, they do allow young kids!!!

That will be so nice!!! Amber (DSD) was checking around and couldn't find any for her little ones either..that's why she wants to do it on CC!! Because she knows her girls will be on the island doing their own thing long enough for us to do it!!!
I told her I wanted to take the DGD's on the treasure hunt!!! She said to go right ahead, that does not interest her at all!!!! But I think it would be fun....especially with the grandkids!!!! I'm not sure my girls would be interested either!!!

OMG that's HOT!!!!! how can you stand that heat?? it was nice here today but it has cooled down alot....

All I can say is I LOVE MY AIR CONDITIONER!!!!!!!

When I picked up Shannon from school, we were walking up to the house.........we were hot because the car didn't have enough time to cool off! I opened the door and felt this rush of cool air when we walked in.......it was awesome!!!!! I don't want to leave my house!!!!!!

It's pretty dry out here.......we live about 30 minutes from the desert!!!!!

It's funny, we are kind of in the middle of everything.....we live about the same distance between the desert, beach, and mountains...........and DL!!!

Well, sugar!!!! We have the option of flying out of Huntington on Allegiant Air for $78 each way...but the return flight is 7am out of Sanford. That's WAY too flippin' early! BUT we could fly out of Charleston on Southern Skyway, BUT they haven't released the October flights yet. If the schedule stays similar to what they have in August, the time is good....1pm out of Orlando, BUT they are asking $179 each way! They were $99 a week ago! OH MY! I think I'll be getting up at 4 am that Sunday!!!!! I guess we better book our flights before Allegiant raises their prices too!!!!

yeahhhh, I think we'll do that tonight. I would just hate to pay more. If we miss this Allegiant flight, I am thinking it might be cheaper to drive! Although, a HECK of a lot longer to get there!

Candy, you have oppresive heat and we are below normal! We are suppose to be in the mid 70's, but it's just 55 and damp and dreary...shich makes it feel colder then it is. I am seriously going to make me a cup of hot cocoa!! This is just wierd weather we are having! It's suppose to be like this for the whole week! and the kids are suppose to have field days on Wed, Thurs and Friday. Not sure what they will do if the weather doesn't improve! It's a fun day. The kids compete against each other....K against 1st, 2nd against 3rd and then 4th against 5th. The parents come with popup shelters, chairs, drinks and snacks for the day. The kids all have class shirts and then the gym teachers have then compete against each other. they have different races....just running, running while balancing a stuffed frog on a tennis racket, running out to collect cones, crabwalk, 3 legged race and sack races! It literally lasts alllll day!

right now they don't have a choice, they are still young enough to still do what I tell them too MOST of the time LOL
plus if they stay up too late they are so miserable the next day and it drives me bananas!!!!!!! So i like them to be well rested....

I know! I just dread that 4 am wake up time! Especially since we plan to do BOTH Universal Parks on Saturday! Thankfully, we will be staying on site, so we'll get Front Of The Line Access...which will speed things up. PLUS we have been there twice before. We are looking to do the new things FIRST, then do what we want to redo.
