Did you see the show the other night Deep Fried something or other? They had chicken fried steak, which I love, but they also had chicken fried bacon and deep fried cheeseburgers! Yikes!!!

Glad your back safe and sound Michele. The trip sounds wonderful, but probably could have lived without the excitement part huh?

We really could have done with out the excitement! I have also learned that our first aid kits are WAY out of date! How sad was that? the sntiseptic wipes were about dried out, the ice pack that you squeeze and then it gets cold, would not even get cold! It was almost embarassing! Thankfully the baid aids were still sticky!

The worst part of the whole day?? The 3 families that stayed in the cabin together, we always, all 3, bring a blender. I just TOTALLY forgot mine, and the other 2 thought that the other would bring thiers! SO, NO Banana Daiquiri's after our ordeal!!!! There was Margarita in a bucket, so we did have that.....just not what I was wanting! Needless to say, I brought home the 8 bananas I took for drinks, and I will go and get some triple sec this week before they go bad! I made a banana cake this evening too!

uhh and you were so looking forward to those banana daiquiris!!!!!!!

Guess we don't put too much thought in our own first aid kits. You buy it and forget about it. Come to think of it I have no idea when we bought ours but I know it was years ago...
