OK we've made one batch of chocolates. I have no idea what that means because I didn't count them lol. I tried layering different colors but that didn't work well because the molds are not that deep so it's easy to overflow. I'll be eating thoseBy the way, anyone who does not have the squirt bottle, go buy one it's awsome. Only drawback is the tip clogs easy so you have to rince it out after every tray.
Hey, Michelle,
We would love to have you join the chocolate exchange... It will be FUN....
You can make homemade or bought whatever as long as it is a dozen pieces of something to send to everyone involved...I'm thinking we need to give everyone at least a week or two to get it all out..??? Not sure what everyone is thinking though. But, I can add you to the list then can send you all of the addresses... I think it will be a fun and yummy thing to do.. How is the baby?????
They have them at michaels, about 3 dollars hereI'm going to have to find the squirt bottle....!!!!!!
Hi Michelle. It might be fun for Maggie and Alexa to get involved in the chocolate exchange, since they have been e-mailing!
Hi Michelle!!!!!! as far as I know all you do is make a dozen chocolates for each person on the list! It's really easy to make, get some chocolate melts, melt them over a double boiler or microwave, pour them into molds and then freeze them for 5 minutes and there you go CHOCOLATES!!!! if you have a bulk food store near you like Bulk Barn they sell the molds and chocolate melts there for really cheap!!! Have fun and we can't wait to meet you and your family!!!!!
That was too funny! Plus let's keep in mind what Erica said. I'd love to get 4 dozen chocolates in the mail by next week but it does not need to be done this instant. We bought more molds and flavors today and I'd like for Nancy and I to experiment a bit before we go all nuts on melting 4 or 5 dozen. The mold we got makes 8 at a time but the finished prduct only goes in the freezer for 5 minutes, it will still take a day to do this.
We did try to save time today, we got some white Belguims from the Bulk Barn and left the bag on the dashboard while we were driving around. As any Canadian knows, the heat is on max in the truck...melted mess LOL
Yep, I'm all for being creative. I used to make chocolates years ago but haven't had the time lately. I "woooed" Alex by making chocolates for him when we first started dating almost 10 years ago....His heart is attached to his sweet toothI might try to add a Canadian flare....we will see what the bulk store has to offer
Michelle
I don't usually laugh at people on the first introduction, however, melted chocolate on the dash....too much...I laugh cuz I've had dashboard troubles too, being a Canadian living in the frigid snow belt up north. I can relate. Good luck

Yep, add me to the list please.
I will need a couple of weeks to get it together as well. The days all seem to run together lately. This is the most exhausted I have ever been in my whole life. Rebecca is perfect. She is content almost all the time but I am still learning when she is hungry....Sometimes she will go 4 1/2 hrs with out feeding and I am freaking. and then in the evenings she will feed every hour and I just can't fill her.....but its only been 16 days...I have to remember patience... WILL I EVER GET MORE THAN 2 HOURS SLEEP AGAIN ????EVER????
I'll have Alex figure out the address thing.
Exhausted Mommy Michelle

View this as you may, maybe I am just trying to bump up my posts or maybe I am posting something to do with the cruise LOL
Since there is internet access in the rooms now, how many people are bringing their laptops on the cruise and how much time will you buy? We were thinking it would be nice to keep in touch with family members and friends. How much time are you going to buy? If the guys go out one night and the girls are stuck in their rooms or vice versa. I just remember from experience that once the kids go to sleep, we are prisoners in our rooms.
