Gina, we are not staying at Disney's HHI Resort. I forget the name of the place. I would like to go over and see the resort though....just to see what we are missing. LOL We have found that it is VERY hard to trade into DVC through Interval. Never are there resorts open. The timeshare store does sell other then DVC. I was looking quickly this morning. I might have to call and see if they would take ours on?

I think DCL made a mistake. Castaway club members get to book everything at 90 days out. Me as a first timer I get 75. As far as I know it makes no difference that your previous cruise was a DVC members, but I might be wrong since i don't own DVC. Ask Kristen(Kritter) when she comes back. She owns DVC and is at SSR right now. Or call DCL and find out how to get it fixed.

That is correct. Having gone on the DVC Member Cruise isn't what makes the difference, but just having been on a previous cruise. I'm going to check it out tomorrow to see if I can get in, cause we're getting ready for the 12th, and I'll let you know if I have the same problem.

We have not been to HHI before. Have you? Any ideas on things to do?

We've stayed at HH twice and love it! It is so different than a WDW vacation. It's all about relaxation. It's been a few years since our last trip, so I don't know the current activities, but when we were there, we did a day trip to Savannah and had DVC had a trip to Paris Island, which was really neat.

Evening all!

It looks like my old truck might have a new home!! I have been talking to a guy who is at the dealership and he's asking all kinds of questions! That makes me feel good. I was afraid it was going to sit on the lot and not move.

Anyone have advice for muscle strain? I pulled the muscle in my left calf the last week of school and it was doing good, UNTIL I did the step class on WiiFit! I have been nursing it the last week or so. I just went out to get the mail and it started to rain, so I was running back and YEOCH! The muscle did this flip, pop, zing and now it hurts, a lot!! Besides motrin, rest and ice, is there anything else I should be doing?

Okay, we are going to a picnic tomorrow night. I just called to find out what I could bring. She said she is going to make homemade ice cream, could I bring something to go with that. SOOOO, what should I make? A cake? Brownies, more cookies? Any other ideas?????? Do we have the recipe for Mary Margaret's Diabetic Shock Cake? Anyone remember what page that was on??

I FOUND IT!

just have a few questions...

Here's another recipe:
Cookie Dough mix (pre-made)...Plain sugar or chocolate chip??
Chocolate chips I am assuming the small bag?
Heath bar toffee bits
5 Chopped up snicker bars
caramel

Put the cookie dough down as a base. Sprinkle the choc. chips and heath bar bits over it. Sprinkle the chopped up Snicker bar bits over that. Finally pour some caramel sauce over the whole thing. Bake for 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Get ready for death by chocolate!!! serve with ice cream while still warm. What size pan? 9x13 or larger?
