Of course these guys are always alright. It's the poor innocent families that the drunks hit that always die. It's a sore spot for me because I had two counsins to be killed by a drunk driver.

That's terrible!!! I have had to give death notifications before. Very difficult to do, especially when there are kids in the family. To me, these types of deaths are preventable. But, until the lawmakers put some teeth into the laws/penalties...oh well, don't get me started!!!

Well this morning has been fun, but I'd better get moving. The birthday party is 1:00 and I want to run some errands first. We are going by a local sporting goods store for me to get some white t-shirts. I'm still not satisfied with the shirts that I have made. I'm going to try buying good quality t-shirts and see if that makes them look any better.

THe twins have two b-day parties to go to. BOth kids are from their class and the first girls party over laps with our neighbors party. Our neighbor is crying her mom said since all of the girls in the class are going to the first party and not to her's. It is just my kids going to hers. Her dad went out this morning and rented a HUGE Bounce house so she would not be soo upset. I feel terrible that no one is going ....THey just moved here a year ago and it seems like the little girl is hav'ing trouble being accepted by the other girls since she is soo quite and shy.. It is really terrible how kids can be and they are only 6...ONe girl told Kaitlyn I can't go to your Princess Party since I'm too old for Princessess and babies have Princess parties @ six.. Kids are cruel.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kids are rotten!!!!! Alexa came home crying in first grade because she wore an Eeyore shirt from WDW and someone made fun of her and told her Eeyore was for babies.

We handled an interesting crash last night. A guy driving a Viper lost control ran off the road, sheared off a 25 foot lamp post at the base and then ran into a tree. His momentum pushed his car up into the tree. The tree was bent over and the car was about 3/4ths into the tree and off the ground. The car is no longer a car!!!! Of course he was drunk!!!! Job security for me... Some of these car crashes are unbelievable!!!!

Wow! Do you guys stand around the water cooler and compare stupid people stories?? Do you ever take pictures with your camera phones of dumb things? I know that's totally unethical, but a Viper in a tree??

When the officer requested a tow truck to respond he said "Requesting a tow for a Viper in a tree." Don't hear that much...LOL

I certainly hope not!

Kristin.......I just checked the DCL reservations and that cruise you are on is now $3,020 for a cat 12 and $5,200 for a cat 6. That's just too much for me to pay. I guess I've spoiled myself by booking whent he cruises open. Can your TA get lower prices?

Sheesh! I didn't think I was gone that long and ya'll posted 5 pages! LOL I better pop in more often today!

Well, I have to add trim the grass in the back yard to my list of things to do today. I had Connor take out the dogs and he observed that Kozmo is eating the tall grass up against the fence. (I ran out of trimmer string and then I ran out of daylight!) Connor seems to think that maybe the neighbor on the other side sprayed some kind of chemical on it and that makes it sweet so Koz likes it, but in turn, it makes him sick! SO off I go to do THAT, then I'll shower and take the boys to the mall.

I forgot to mention!!! Steve had great news last night!!! Rite Aid is changing the pharmacy Saturday hours from 9a-9p to 9a-6p!!! He's going to be home at a decent hour and we could actually go out! This takes affect Oct 4th.

Okay off to get more chores done!

COLD,, this morning when we woke up it was 48 degress. Today is going to be in the high 60's only. All week it will be like this they are talking about frost this week....UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tomorrow, my dad is going to come over and put our patio stuff into our new basement. He does not know this yet. But I will "brib" him with beer...LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
