Ooooohhhhh it is!!!! He's a much better cook than I ever thought about being... J is a good cook too... but he's just beginning to be a good cook...he can cook plain SUTHERN... now he watches Food Network and is learning other ways to cook!

Mine can cook, when he has time. But it's the cleaning he has trouble with! That man can use EVERY pot, pan and spatula just to boil water! LOL But it's usually pretty good when he does cook!

Can I just say how good this pizza is tonight? The pepperonis are crispy, the crust is greasy the sauce is just right! LOL It's been awhile since we have had Pizza Hut. It's our favorite, but Little Ceasars is just so much cheaper. We splurged tonight!!!! LOL

It's baked spaghetti, nothing special!! There is a show on Food Network called Semi-Homemade Cooking. That is how I cook. Boxes and cans embellished with what ever happens to be in the fridge of the pantry. I used to cook for a living many many years ago. Those of you who have been around awhile and done much traveling will remember all Holiday Inn's had a restaurant that had to be open certain hours of the day 365 days a year. We had one here. I had a friend at school whose Grandmother was the Manager. He got me a job washing dishes and got me started cooking. Eventually, I was the weekend night cook...and sometimes I opened Sunday morning, and closed Sunday night (same day) Sunday nights were usually really slow, so I did a lot of "experimenting"

Where did all that come from?????

Anyway, I came here to let everyone know I have the format issue with The List resolved finally!! The original list came from a diser in Germany (Michele knows Viking!!) and I finally figured out it was formatted to a metric paper size. I had to do some compressing and now it should print correctly!! I have made an addition to the list, so I am ready to do an update. If anyone else has any changes to the list, send them soon!!

Allen I am not exactly sure where than came from either but now I've put you in the same category as Rachel Ray and her 30 minute meals!!!!

All this talk about spaghetti and pizza, yummo! I'm starving and I'm the only one home, don't feel much like cooking...hmm, what to have???? Well that will be the easiest decision I've made today, frozen pizza, how gourmet of me (and lazy!)

back from practice! It looks like we are ready to WIN on Sunday!!!!
Anyone want a piece of Pizza? pan meat lovers or pan pepperoni?

Allen, would love the pas-getti recipe too! Matter of fact, there was a recipe mentioned tonight...a baked chicken speghetti. Boil chicken breast and shred. To the water...now broth... cook your pasta. Add diced onion, green pepper and a can of Rotel tomatoes. then add one pound of Velveeta. Put into 9x13 and bake until bubbly! SOUNDS GOOD TO ME!

Note to Denis...better buy some Rotel when you are here and have it shipped home! that's 2 recipes you'll need it for!

Same at my house, but don't ever tell Joe I said that. He was telling me a story about one of the firefighters he worked with doing that and I was laughing so hard. He said that guy was "way worse than he is" Oh well he does try and again have I mentioned that I love a man that cooks!
