October 11-18, 2008 Disney Magic Parrothead Pirates in Paradise Chapter 11

I didn't think Topsiders ever closed... I have heard of the gate opening before 10 am, but it is very rare.

I got everything squared away at the CI&S for the pool party. The only restrictions, No Glass, not to loud and not to late....I told them no worries, we are way past those days!!!!! One eye on the kids in the pool, and the other on our cups!!! They are going to round up something to hook up the iPod to, if not hook it to the sound system around the pool!! She was going to check with the hotel engineer to see what it would take. More later, off to a meeting.

Allen...thanks for doing this. It sounds like a good time to me!!!! That will be a truly long day for us... One hour to the airport, five hours in the air, pick-up the car and drive another 3-4 hours. That morning up at 3:30 (DL time) and arrive at CI&S that night around 7:00 (WDW time) ....Ouch.....Randy

Welcome to Cocoa Beach!!!! There's no Wal-Mart in Cocoa Beach!!! But there are a couple relatively close....

I know my BIL has 15 rooms booked. Exactly how many people there are, I don't know. There are 41 people on the list staying there.....so it could be 50 or 60.

Welcome to Cocoa Beach!!!! There's no Wal-Mart in Cocoa Beach!!! But there are a couple relatively close....

This is the same one I found. The travel guides list it as Cape Canaveral. It'ls on Merrit Island right off the road between the City of Cocal and Cocoa Beach. That's where I'll be buying my Mountain Dew to take on the ship. I can't go a whole week without it.

That should be the City of Cocoa!

Regardless of where I travel, I always forget something. Plus, we always have to have snacks and drinks for the room. Walmart has never let me down.

I was looking at one of the photo threads and someone was posting pictures from the Panama Canal Repo and in, I think it was Acapulco, there was a Walmart at the port straight across from where the Magic docked. They took a picture of it and posted it.
