Heres my story,,,we always go the week after labor day, now we are going in the middle to the end of Oct becuase we want to do the food and wine festival and MNSSHP. My question is since those two events will be going on will I

1. Not get any discounts on rooms
2. Not get as good as a discount as I am used to getting in Sept....

Thanks very much!

A lot of speculation is that the FairyTale package is the best you're gonna get for this time frame unless you're a Florida resident or AP holder (and even those aren't guaranteed room only discounts). October is considered regular season where September is considered value season- so there will probably be a difference in price. Either way I would go ahead and reserve your room for the time you think you'll be going- if any discounts come out after the fact you can always change with no fees as long as it's 45 days before your trip.
Hope this helps...

I've heard that fairy tale vacation packages for the middle of october are booking fast! It's a really great deal if you don't have APs. There is a link to info about it here.
