Oct park hours

The Disney site has not posted the hours for the parks for Oct yet. Does anyone know how far in advance they issue the hours? They have Sept. hours out, are Oct. usually the same as Sept?

I read somewhere they'll probably come out in early August. I think September came out early this month. I'm dying to know what they are!
