Well that is not good news for me! I will be at Dutch Wonderland next week and won't have access to a computer! The last time this happened I was in NYC and didn't have a computer. I called CRO that morning only to be told by CRO that there were no AP rates out yet. Well they lied! They were out and I ended up missing them. I guess I will be calling a hundred times that morning just to make sure one way or the other. I just hope I won't need a 3 digit code like you do sometimes.

You should be OK. If they are released on August 25th that's not next week but the week after. Wish we only had to wait until next week!

I was beginning to worry that capacity was high enough that no discounts would be released. If this holds true, not only will my stay be much cheaper, but also that the parks won't be as full as I was beginning to fear.

If I can remember correctly, I could have sworn I read on the mousesavers site that historically, the AP rates for the same time period (fall) last year weren't released until the end of August...so to me, that is what I have been expecting this year, based on history. So I think this pretty much seems true.
Whatever the case, I will be hoping they come out for all of you then! Now I just have to worry about when they will come out in 2005 LOL!

I sure hope you're right about the october rates coming out soon bc I need my december rates. It's hard to tell though bc the CM I spoke to told me the rates were coming out in september? (which I hope is not true)

I spoke with CRO last night and she said to start checking the last week of September for October rates, when I said "that doesn't sound right" she said that Disney always does it that way!, I said "thanks for the information" and ended the call. Last week I talked to someone and they said in the next 2 weeks. I think alot of them just guess.

I think they have to guess because, quite honestly, they (CRO) don't know until the last minute. I know we try an makes sense of when AP Rates are released, but it is virtually impossible unless you know somone in Disney Marketing. There are so many factors that probably go into Disney's decision on AP Rates and timing of release dates. I'll gladly wait for a discount than not get one at all.

When the CM told me September I knew she was guessing, it just didn't sound right and was obvious. I think they just guess like the rest of us. Let's just hope the rates come out soon!
