Evening all"

Cynthia...Welcome to our crazy group...

My name is Denise and traveling with Wally....there is also a possibility that our Grandaughter will be coming with us which at the time of cruising she will be 2.5 yrs old....
Like Kathy said, the majority of us have traveled together before...we are a fun group (ok at least I think we are)....but we always manage to have a great time cruising together.

Well we had a rain storm today...thunder lighting and a lot of rain, however the sun is back out and things are dried up.
Didnt do to much today, cleaned out my suv today, I try and do that every spring, vac and wiped everything down. It now looks pretty good...wanted to wash it, but thats when the rain started so that never got done:confused3 oh well....

Nothing else going on, going to watch a little tv then start getting ready for work tomorrow..:crazy2:

have a good evening

:banana::banana::banana::banana:

Just dropping by to say good night.
Hope you all had a good day. Now that it rained all day the sun is peaking out just in time to set for the night;)

Night all,
Kathy

Hi Everybody,
Just checking in. We have been so busy around here I haven't had time to come visit in forever. I had a job with the census that has wrapped up, plus last day of pre-school festivities for my younger DD. This weekend was dance recitals Saturday and Sunday. Now we are getting ready to celebrate my pre-school DD's birthday with family and friends before we leave on the 11th. We will be at MK for the big day!:cool1: We are all so excited. I get butterflies just thinking about packing.

Welcome Cynthia! I am a newbie here as well. I will be traveling with my DH and 2 DDs, plus a lot of my DH's family. There will be 14 of us altogether. This will be a first cruise for all of us. I didn't catch your original post, so I'm not sure who all you will be cruising with.

Anyway, the school year is winding down for my DD6 and my garden is planted. I finally can catch my breath, so I hope to stop by more often.

I'll try to send some of our sunshine out west to stop the rain.:goodvibes Talk to you soon.

Sarah

Hi Sarah,

nice to see you again :goodvibes
I will take you up on that warm weather. I would love some more sun.:goodvibes But they say rain all week and it is raining so I am sure they are right.
2 months ago we were 11 inches short of rainfall inches, now we are caught up. That shows you how much of the wet stuff we are getting here lately.

Morning everyone,

Had a quiet day yesterday. Just dreaming of our vacation later this month then in December 10 days at WDW.:yay::yay::yay:Going there for our anniversary this year.

Hope everyone had a great weekend.

I'll try to get back later with some more photos:thumbsup2

Kathy

Whew! What a weekend! Hope everyone had a great time! We spent 2 days at the lakes. DH was supposed to work Sunday but he ended up taking the day off to spend with me at our friend's lake house. :woohoo: We got there about 4pm only to find that there was no boat this time as the seats are STILL being recovered and have been since January.:sad1: We still got to go swimming though, but the water was beyond cold. Had a bonfire and played with the dogs and had a few drinks. Ended up coming home about 2am though cause the AC wasn't working in the house and it was miserable to sleep. Then yesterday DH and I woke up and went to my parents house, picked up the kids and headed back up to the lake!:cool1: We went to visit my aunt and uncle that have a trailer court on the lake. It was so busy and the water was so choppy, but the kids donned their life jackets and dove right in. They had such a great time, but we had to leave after only 4 hours cause it started raining. It rained here over 2 inches in less than an hour. That's NOT normal for us here. We had water in some of the strangest places after that, but it worked out just fine since the kids were so exhausted. Got home, woke the kids up from their nice 45 minute naps and came inside, opened the house up to listen to the rain and played the wii together.

Today the kids and I are taking it easy while DH is at work. We are trying to catch up on :laundy: and dishes. We have tons of stinky lake smelling clothes in the washer right now but it was worth it! :thumbsup2

Kathy, I'm glad you had such a great visit with your mom! That's great:cheer2:

Welcome Cynthia:goodvibes

Anyway, that's the update for now. Should be around today as it's cloudy and kinda yucky and my kids need a down day. They've been going for a week straight and are starting to be super cranky. See everyone around. :goodvibes

lvstitch, love the pics! I can just feel the excitement.

I cranked the excitement up a notch for my upcoming trip today by buying my DD3.99 a Cinderella dress. We will be having dinner at 1900 Park Fare for her 4th birthday and now she will be dressed appropriately (if it fits, since I ordered it on line). I also got her a "Birthday Princess" sash to wear around MK that day. Her sister (DD6) already has a Tiana dress.

It was another beautiful day here. (Sorry, Kathy!) Got to go watch baby t-ball for the first time. Those 4 year-olds look so little out there. DH took my DD6 to her first practice. I am looking forward to those relaxing evenings watching their games.

I also spent the day getting ready for 2 birthday parties this weekend. We are celebrating with family on Saturday (princess themed of course) and her friends on Sunday (Candy Land). I am having fun with both. I am attempting to construct a castle cake. If it does not completely fall apart, I will post pictures.

Have a great night, everyone.

Sarah

Happy wednesday everyone,
Sarah, hope the cake turns out great!! I did a couple of castle cakes over the years and they are really a big hit with everyone.:cool1: Please do take some photos. I would love to see it.

Well Christine and Sarah you obviously have warm weather to spare, so PLEASE send some my way. :sunny:
We are suppose to get 3 inches of rain in the next 24 hours :sad1: Lots of strong winds too.
Where is global warming when I need it??????

It will be fun to get the pups outside today. They will be waiting until the last minute them squirm at the door.:lmao: I dotn blame them, I dont want to go outside either.

Loved the pictures!!!

Happy friday nanaheads ;)

Who has plans for the weekend?

No fun plans here. Going to clean out my cupboards and rearrange things to make more room for more stuff I dont need. LOL!!
I also need just a few groceries.
Our weather is suppose to clear up some, so that will be nice. We have had the wettest spring on record. No wonder I sprouted webs between my toes.:lmao:

It is still raining today, so I sure hope they are right about the good weather coming later today.

I best get busy doing nothing this morning,
I will check back alter to read all the fun plans you all have for the weekend.
