Our Nachi list just keeps growing. Yahoo! Fingers crossed that all of you receive your confirmations back from Island Marketing. I'm sure they must be wondering what is going on with all the people from our Magic cruise contacting them in the last few days.

Listed below are the people I know about. Thought it would be helpful to include the ages of the children which I copied off the roll call. If I have an age or gender wrong, just let me know. Seems to be a good mix of ages among the kids on the Nachi Beach.

If I have my math right (never a guarantee with me!) we are at 47 people (including a maybe from fastpaks) with 26 adults and 21 children (10 boys and 11 girls). We're almost to the halfway point for booking the whole beach! Are there any others out there who want to join us?

Nachi Cocom has reached its maximum capacity. We have 111 people on our cruise booked for a magical day at the beach -- 64 adults and 47 children under the age of 18 (22 boys and 25 girls). We were allowed to go over the limit of 100 because 6 of the children were 3 or under and got in free. The "10 and unders" get to participate in a treasure hunt with some good pirate loot awaiting discovery at the end!

I just put in a request for NC, too. Hope we're not too late!! Thanks for pointing out the number of ships in port that day- as much as my kids were wanting to go to Paradise Beach, with that many people I don't know how fun it would be!!

My sons are 11 & 13- any other boys that age in our group at NC?

Got my confirmation from NC today!!! On the bottom of the confirmation it mentions that there are plenty of Taxis to take you to and back from the beach. It runs $15 for up to 4 people each way.

We are thinking about Nachi after reading all about it. I like the idea that there will be so many DisKids there for DD 6 and DS 5 to play with plus it will be easier to keep an eye on them at a less crowded beach. I will let you know when/if we are confirmed....

IT took a little over 24 hours for my confirmation. I was getting nervous too. I'm sure you wont have a problem getting in.

Still waiting too - sent off our details yesterday morning about 9am British time, so coming up 24 hours now, although we are about 5 hours ahead here. Hope something comes through today! Good luck, let us know when you are confirmed

I think the kids will have fun with other similar aged kids around, and I'm pretty sure there will be Beach balls in the FE'S (hint hint) lol.

I emailed Katie at Island Marketing to let her know that there are lots of people on the Magic interested in Nachi. I asked her about current availability on November 3rd and this is what she said:

"Currently we only have 30 booked for the 3rd but as is the case with many dates well into 2011, availability can change at any time. We appreciate your post on the Disney Board!! Nachi is a special place and we appreciate your business. Tell your fellow travellers to book as soon as they can while space allows." (Katie from Island Marketing).


So my guess is that those of you who sent in your reservations and are waiting for confirmation have no worries. It took them 36 hrs to get back to me when I emailed them my reservation and I read on other boards that it can take even longer than that. Based on what I've put together on the board from people saying they have gotten their confirmations, my guess is that the "30" on Katie's current list are people from the Magic with 17 more waiting for their confirmation numbers! So it sure seems there is plenty more room on the Nachi Beach. Anyone else interested? Keep me posted and I'll continue to update our informal list. By the way, the treasure hunt for the "10 and under children" is shaping up to be lots of fun! And rumor has it that pirate night on the ship is the night of the 3rd, which only adds to the high drama on the seven seas!!

We just got our email confirmation, although the numbers for the snorkel excursion are slightly off, so hopefully they will rectify this! But great news, sounds as though there will be enough space for everyone.

And the kids will be blown away by all the pirate activity that day!
