How does it work now that our deadline has passed. Can latecomers add?

What we have done on cruises in the past is kept a second list of latecomers, and those that want/can give to them do. Our gift is such that I have the volume to handle giving to extra so we plan on being able to give to latecomers, should we have any. (We even found a couple of FE's hanging on our last cruise that were not on either list, and those guys got a nice surprise too!)

Once Leslie gets this list updated, why don't we all respond to that so we have all the information in one area instead of so many separate lists - of course - once we get that all correct we can each make our own lists and then share them with whomever wants them. . . since I need to have my maps to find anything - I organize my list by floor - but - I am a "touch" anal!

Hopefully we will get all neeeded info and I can get the maps completed some time next week!

Oh trust me, you guys want these maps! I have seen the work in progress and they are awesome!

Plus it is just so easy to have a visual when delivering, just look at the map and you can quickly see which FE's are on that side of that floor you are on.

My charts have been updated and dstein has been added back in as Leslie still had her on her list too.

So Maps!! I would love to work from maps. Last night when I made the charts, I was going to list names in order of staterooms but decided that was just too much work, espcecially since it was already almost midnight when I finished as it was. Plus I figure, for those who don't yet have a stateroom assignment, and for those that may upgrade at the port (if possible), might screw up my chart anyway. I listed as I did, but maps would be wonderful to have too! I can color coordinate the gift bags, per floor, with a colored dot sticker on each.

We are having a heat wave here, and it's supposed to hang around for the next several days. Boy oh Boy is it hot and humid out! The sun truly does make me tired too!
I'm been invited out for dinner tonight by a dear friend, so I'm abandoning my DH and the kids for dinner and a movie on a Girls night out!

Here is DH's masterpiece. He's been working on it for about a week now. He cut the ship out of cardboard and painted it, adding all the details. He was going to put the calendar on the ship itself, but it hid too much of the ship, so we hung it from the bottom. We'll velcro the markers on each day, as we get to them (that's what is on the calendar).

Eeek, I just noticed how filthy that wall is...I guess it's time to do some cleaning!

Hey, your right! I just checked. Finx does not yet have a room assignment, so mark that one off. 2631 is in fact Trara1375's room!

Thanks Snowite. I do hope you are able to get your seating changed. I think I would mind the late seating if the kids were a lot older or if we were sailing without kids, but till then, early is a must
