Well all, I didn't get nearly as much as I wanted to accomplished. Katelin decided today wasn't the day to cooperate with me. Oh well. I got some cleaning done. Guess it'll be 1-2 rooms a day til it's all done. Anyway, I promised I'd give you all an update. Now I'm heading back to the kiddos to do more stuff. Have a great weekend all. I'll check in at some point. I have a wedding I'm going to tomorrow and then we've got church and a visit to DH's parents on Sunday. Chao! Kristi

Yeah!!!! My SIL & Family booked!!!!!!!!! We are so excited!! Now my SIL won't get on here but that adds 2 more little girls to our FE. Ally-4 and Kaydence-1. I know I know more girls....we are loaded with them. Ok well off to play cards!! Have a goodnight all!

It's Valentines Day & my DH has paid off the cruise & booked airfare! What a great gift. We're really getting excited. Of course if Uncle Sam hadn't returned what wasn't used of our loan we still would be still paying it off a little at a time.
Just found out that we & the Foster Family have seats down & back together. We booked at different times. WOW! I get to fly with the girls again!

Alright. This is sad. Where is everyone? We're here. Had a great weekend. Busy but good. Hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine's Day.

Well, we are booked on our flight and now my father-in-law has also booked us for the hotel! We're coming in on Friday and we're leaving on Sunday!!! So excited, so very excited. When I know more (I can't remember the hotel he got for us) I'll share. Now I've gotta get with the program and start putting together my FE gift and get the girls their dresses, etc.

Hi! I'm please to see so many people already on here. I'm a cruisecritic.com member and was getting a little worried, not many people on that site for this cruise. Myself (31), DH (37) and DD (6) will be turning 7 on the cruise. This is our 4th cruise but our first Disney cruise. We are very excited. I've been reading and reading trying to find all the tips and tricks I can. Looks like I have alot of reading to catch up on with this thread. I like the FE idea, but where do I buy one? Maybe I need to read more. I need to know how it all works. Can't wait to get to know everyone.

Good evening all. I wish I were off to bed but I have 8 girls here for a sleepover for Amaya's 9th birthday. They were all going strong until a few minutes ago when I put on Camp Rock. Hopefully by the time it's over half of them will be asleep. I'm just not comfortable going upstairs to bed when they are still awake...but I have a feeling it's going to be a long night.

Welcome Heather and family. This is our 2nd cruise but first Disney cruise too. I am so very excited...can't wait! When you get a chance let me know your DD favorite character (I've gotten the list of everyone else from Michelle).

Enjoy the rest of your 3 day weekend, I know I'll be taking a nap tomorrow! (I still hear a lot of giggling out there)

We are just waiting for our taxes to come back to pay off the cruise. Then we will be all set with everything. Good feeling. I cant say anything exciting has been going on my way. Just working to buy stuff for the cruise.

oK well this was a long weekend. My SIL came to stay....Friday we went to AAA and booked their cruise. PD IN FULL!! So now they are saving for airfare and hopefully in a few months we will all have the money for that to book all 8 of us on this cruise. Like I said above their family will join our group. She won't get on here though cause her access to internet is limted right now. Lets see then we went and found the BIL a suit for formal night and shopped for clothes for them...they need a few more things but basically everything is taken care of.

I hope you all had a great weekend. we had a 4 day'er here! Can't wait to send them to school tomorrow---we sydney anyhow...Weds both!

Heather and family. This will be our 3rd Disney cruise and number 4 (or should I say 5 is already booked). We are hoping to book the Eastbound Transatlantic cruise (which would then be number 4) while we are on board.

I am sure that you will love it. She really worked with me on mine and the end result is stunning. People kept stopping in front of our door admiring our fish extender.

How do I get in contact with the lady for the FE (I don't sew). Also, what types of items do you put in them and do you do it just one night or each night?

Another question...those of you who have cruised Disney before...Does the kids club stay open pretty much all day? We've cruised Carnival in the past and last year on Carnival the kids club closed for silly excuses every two hours or so and it was so annoying. My daughter loved the club but lost interest because they kept closing and then she would get pre-occupied with something else and didn't want to go back. Also, Carnival always sits the three of us alone for dinner and we would like to sit with another family so that she has someone to visit with too, does Disney do this? We enjoy meeting and visiting with other people. One last question, do they have Dole Whips on the ship? We go to Disney World every year and I love them. Sorry for babbling and the questions.

ok Heather---let me try and answer any questions I can. 1st thanks for the info will update our site. Tiffany that makes the FE's is gradysmom (i think) on ebay
FE gifts are up to everyone when u give them. Like I have 2 bags so I may do all together or 2 seperate days, and once for the adults.
The kids club does stay open all day till 1am or so for some. When we are in port usually there is just open play not as many specific themed programs.
Dining---just have ur TA request that U are seated with another family with children ur daughters age. It's just a request not a guarantee. As for the dole whip...not sure.

Hi Heather! Welcome aboard! We're glad you and your family are joining us. I can answer a couple of your questions. First of all, the kids clubs stay open all day. I never knew them to close. We couldn't get our daughter out of the clubs once she went in. She had a blast. We actually had to bribe her a few times to eat with us. LOL As for sitting with another family, we were a family of 3 and we were put with another family of 3. It was great because our daughter and their son were the same age and the parents were all close in age and we got along beautifully. The kids enjoyed sitting together. As for Dole Whips, that I can't answer. Maybe someone else can. As for the FE gifts, it can be just about anything. I find alot of great ideas on the Oriental Trading website. You can deliver your FE gifts whenever you want. Some people do a few a day and some people do them all in one day. It's your choice. You can do one FE gift for the family or you can do a gift for each person or one for the parents and one for each child. Again, it's your choice.

Hope this info helped! The other questions I just can't answer. And, if I failed to answer well, I'm sure someone else can do a better job.

Mindi---I have seen some cheap flights on Spirit if U adjust ur fly in/out dates. Not sure if u have them....I too am waiting on Southwest right now cause no baggage charge. Everyone else has that. I think Southwest will release in the next month or so....be patient...LOL

I'm waiting for Southwest to open up their flights for October too.. I have one roundtrip voucher that I'll use for one of us. I use my SW Visa whenever I can (and then try to pay it off..HA) to try and earn flight credits. I think I'm halfway to by second roundtrip so hopefully by the time they open up October I'll only have to purchase one round trip.

How's that sinus infection Andrea? Are you feeling any better?

Hope everyone had a nice 3 day weekend. I survived the sleepover . Most of the girls stayed awake until 3:30! The DIS boards helped me stay awake...I just read and read and read.
