2jaz, welcome to the thread. We were all wondering if you were alone on this cruise.. . You and your family must have the rest of the ship!!! As far as the meets mentioned prior, our first meet we are all wearing leis. Since you have a big group this might be of interest to you. I ordered some halloween leis off of oriental trading web site, they are cute. They are only 9.99 and i am mailing them out to the others that requested them, however i only have one left and i dont think that would help you out any.. lol. might want to talk a look at them and maybe grab a dozen or 2 for yourself. anyway did we ever decided where to meet on embarkment day? I am going to be looking for you crazy people in the terminal..lol. Anyways, i got online to study for my class and see here i am. You people are a bad influence on me... have a great week. Oh we will be in Florida on Oct 26, but not in the Disney area, we will be in Le Belle visiting family for a few days!!! ok i am outta here..POOF

then 1/2 hr prior to tot at the same place. So, that is the plan !!
I had to write it on a post-it note and slap it on my vacation info pad to remember. This year I am writing everything out for each day on an index card. places,times events that we don't want to miss, and any other important info !!

The Lion King musical is coming to Pittsburgh Jan/Feb 2008 and I just ordered us tickets yesterday. I am very excited, going in early Feb between my birthday and Valentine's Day. Never been to a "broadway" production, so I can't wait. I really think DS will enjoy. Now, just praying no snow storm that weekend, as long as we can make it to Pittsburgh, only about 35 miles, we can get snowed in there.

that is a good idea about the index cards, i think i am going to go over my old navigators from last year and jot down a few things that i wanted to do last year and did not do. MAYBE, it will all be there still this year!!!!

Monique, it's going well, thanks. 18 1/2 weeks now and we find out the sex on Oct 11!! Just in time to go shopping at WDW for the baby! LOL

2jaz, welcome!!! DH & I are heading down with the kids (their first trip) on Oct 23 (didn't know about the shuttle launch) and spending 5 days in the parks with friends we met on our Disneymoon 5 years ago. In cae you didn't read the entire 19 pages, we're having a DISboard meet at the Mickey pool at 3 pm the day we board the ship. We're also meeting there 1/2 (I think that's when) before the ToTing to exchange gift bags for the kids that we are bringing. So far there are 4 kids involved in that if you want DD to join in as well). Although now that I typed it, I see Michele already told you! LOL

need some advice, posted on board also, but...
trying to decide if DH (& DS) should ewear long sleeve or short sleeve dress shirt for semi formal night? I am skipping a jacket altogether, takes up too much room and I don't feel it is needed if it is not really formal. both shirts are black (to wear w/ dress khakis), could put a tie w/ long sleeve , not short sleeve, but it does have a texture to it...
I know I can count on you ladies for good opinions !!

We went on a Carnival Cruise when I was pregnant w/ Trevor, it was already booked and I was right at 4 months so md said ok to travel. Anyway, we didn't get to find out sex until the appointment after we got home. I was bummed because I knew there was a Disney store in airport. I just ended up buying a bib w/ characters that said 2002 on it. When we were touring St Thomas we stopped at a roadside viewpoint that had a little market. There was a onsie that said " My mom and dad got me at a market in St Thomas" or something like that. I thought it was cute , didn't buy because I thought what if I find something cuter when we get to the shopping place at top of mountain. Well, I didn't, so I left saddly without anything. Buy on instinct I say !!

So as to not make you read thru all 20 pages of messages, the Dis gang is having a meet & greet Day one at 3pm by the Mickey pool, slide side. (we will be wearing leis to identify ourselves)
Then again 1/2 hr prior to trick-or-treat to pass out a few treats ourselves, hope you and Marc can attend !!

Michele, as for what the guys should wear, I'm not sure. I think I'd want Scott & Seth to wear ties and Seth doesn't even have any short sleeve nice shirts. I know I'm wearing that coral dress I posted a while ago but I have no clue what I'm bringing for Jackie. And you bet I'll let you know the sex! 2 weeks form today, Oct 11 (hey that was the day I was due with Sethy! LOL)

great news !! found a pair of kid size yellow gloves today to complete our Handy Manny costume !! I was stopping at a store in a plaza I don't normally go to, anyway there was a Tractor Supply Store (not sure if they are Nationwide) and I figured if anyone is going to have little boy work gloves that's the place. Best $5 I spent on vacation so far.
