Hi All ... we're in 7536 and 7538 ... 4 big kids and 1 3yo ... and, of course her mood will decide if she's doing ToT

Oh goodness. I probably shouldn't even tell you what a Cricut machine is because then you'll want one, LOL! It's a die-cut machine that cuts things out for you. Put that way, it doesn't sound too exciting. But there are 4 Disney cartridges on the market for it (which I have), so I can cut out all different kinds of Mickey's, Minnies, Plutos, Goofy's, Cinderellas, Belle's, Snow Whites, and on and on and on in any size I want them. I'll see if I can post a picture of something I've made with it. It's the most fun invention EVER!!!!!!


So the Mrs. Potts, the Cinderella and Mickey were all made with my Cricut - plus a lot of the other little things were too, but the Disney stuff is the most fun and amazing. It does send your scrapbooking into a whole new world, plus I make a ton of cards and stuff. Ok, sorry - I hope I didn't make you want one, LOL!

you are right, i want one now. lol. DH is in trouble i guess that will be my christmas present. My mom got my a xyron last year. have not used it alot. i had planned on doing alot of scrapping when DH was gone..well it did not get done. lol

We'll have 2 adults (Joe & Angie) and DD (Kateri, 3). Not sure if we'll do the pre-tot yet or not. I'll talk it over with DW and the other half of our party and post a yes/no sometime this weekend. We will plan to make it to the meet and greet on day 1 for sure.

Looks like we're going to skip the pre-tot, but we'll still plan to join the group for the meet & greet on day 1.

I'm glad you can at least meet up with us on day 1. I see that you have a 3 year old DD. Me too!! And LisaFB's DD is 4 (I think). Will your DD be hanging out in the Oceaneer's club? It would be neat if the girls could get to know each other a bit so they'll have a friend in there!

The plan is for her to hang out in the Oceaneer's club - but sometimes it takes her a little while to warm up to new places, so we're just keeping our fingers crossed that she likes it and takes to it quickly. Want to exchange pix & a few interests so they can know a little about each other before getting on board?

Miss me everyone?! Between a million Jewish holidays the past few weeks (well only 3 but they were on top of each other) and Seth's 2nd bday last weekend and my back hurting from the PG, I haven't been online much. OMG I can't believe I'm off to WDW in less than 3 weeks!!!

The plan is for her to hang out in the Oceaneer's club - but sometimes it takes her a little while to warm up to new places, so we're just keeping our fingers crossed that she likes it and takes to it quickly. BTW, I'm sad... I tried on my Minnie costume and the skirt is so fluffy, you can't see my belly.... How can I be a PG Minnie is my big ole Pg belly doesn't show?! LOL

We're also planning the OC during brunch. Kateri (pron: cat-er-eye) is also into the princesses and Dora. Books and coloring/crafts are big hits too. She's recently taken a liking to a few dry-erase books where she can trace her letters and numbers. And she adores dress-up and pretend time. We're always amazed by her imagination!

Evidently I don't have enough posts yet to post pictures/links, so I included a few in my sig (clickable for larger versions). The middle one is Kateri from last week.

Ladies, the girls are sooooo cute and Seth is a sweetie too. I am computer stupid, so I cannot download a pic, plus I am using work computer so couldn't do it if I could. Maybe this weekend DH will post a pic for me.
Trevor is a typical 4-5 year old. He likes football, baseball, basketball...he likes so much Disney because he is exposed to it so much. Mickey & the gang, Handy Manny, toy story (can't wait for #3), Cars (can't wait for #2), and so on, and so on....He is also a big High School Musical fan !! (is that crazy?) he likes Pirates, Spiderman, Superman, Power rangers (even though he doesn't watch them) and Nerf guns !! He loves books and his leapPad and Vsmile !! He is very loveable and has an amazing personality...he puts a smile on everyone's face. Oh yeah, he is a "ladies man" too !!
I think he will go between the 3-4yr and 5-7yr oceaneer club groups, I saw things he would like w/ both and since he will turn 5 on board he is really in between in my opinion. Hopefully the kids will get some play time together.

Lisa - you look GREAT!!!! Sorry you don't quite look pregnant in your Minnie costume. Funny problem to have (sorry!). I could pull off a pregnant Minnie, and I'm not even pregnant, LOL!

Alrighty, here's a pic or 2 of my lovely DD, Emily. She just turned 3 last month, but I swear she thinks she's 13!! She acts and talks much older than she is. She's extremely outgoing, and will just walk up to other little girls and ask them to be her friend, LOL! Then she must run and scream and giggle with the new friend for as long as possible. She loves all things Disney, especially Mickey & Minnie and the Princesses. She also loves Dora and has recently decided that she loves Superman too. She's the reason we got so into Disney stuff. She fell madly in love with Mickey Mouse on our first trip to WDW when she was just 20 months old, and our family hasn't been the same since!

As a flower girl in August. She would NOT let go of those flowers!

I think in Kateri's head, she's a teenager too. Sounds like all the girls are destined to keep the staff in the OC on their toes for the whole voyage.

I spoke with someone from DCL about Seth's allergies yesterday. I love how accommodating they are.

Kateri has allergies/asthma (pretty much only animal-triggered). We're not too concerned since there shouldn't be any animals onboard, but we're bringing her meds and portable nebulizer anyway. We're waiting to get the medical form back from her doc so we can send it to Disney, but I'm curious about what kind of info we should be providing to Disney, and what kinds of accomodations they can make for allergies or asthma.

Seth's allergies are almost all food so we had major preparations to make for both the cruise and land portion. He's allergic to dairy, eggs, wheat, all nuts and peanuts, fish, shellfish, anything with seeds, some fruits and a few other things. he does have environmental allergies as well as being allergic to dogs but we're not concerned about that. I guess with Kateri just make sure you have the medical form sent in and all her meds and she should be fine.

OMG anyone want 2 kids for the day? Usually they are great but today they really tested me BIG TIME at both the pharmacy and my dentist. I have to bring them with me to the chiro later today and I'm so nervous! LOL
