Had a fun weekend. It was a blast scaring people, wish I could do that for my real job! I really enjoyed working in the haunted house with my dad, although it was really hot in there wearing the masks and running around!

Denine - Poor Kaleigh, I cannot believe she played through her games with pneumonia. I hope she has a fast recovery, if it were me I think I would lock her and myself inside the house until she is better.

Susan - I had a whole crop wasted too, I forgot what day it was suppose to be done and came back the wrong day!

Julie - How was your weekend?

Barb - where are you? Did you have a good weekend?

Monday...again.

Off to the eye doctor this morning. Don't feel like going.

We left the ballgame early yesterday, after the 6th inning. Kaleigh was cold and didn't even want to stay to run the bases after the game. So not like her. So, we came home ate and then cut the grass. Kaleigh stayed in and watched movies.

Heidi: I wish we could just stay home until she got well. Not gonna happen though.

Sounds like a fun time at the campground.

Sandy: Is an epilepsy dog one that can sense a seizure coming?

Hello everyone else.

Howdy,

Denine, yes an epilepsy dog can detect a seizure coming. I believe Stacey said something like an hour or an hour and a half before. How is Kaleigh today?

Did I tell you about Heidi? She has a clown phobia and guess what? She was wearing a clown mask. LOL

Heidi, I feel funny that Chris doesn't want me to bring the coffee pot. Will he be sorry?

Mom - no, he will be fine. If he needs coffee, we can stop by somewhere and pick some up. He has been drinking more green tea lately and that is what he plans to bring on vacation.

Yes I have a huge phobia of clowns and am terrified of them, but I had to wear the clown mask and terrify everyone in the haunted house!

Last night we had the craziest storm I have ever witnessed. It happened around 11:00 pm. The wind picked up and slammed our bedroom door, thankfully it woke us up because it was pouring down rain and coming into the window. As soon as we closed the windows, the storm really picked up. It got really really windy and started hailing. It hailed for about 15 minutes and we got about 4 inches of hail. The lightning was really bad and scary. The wind was so bad that it uprooted some of the bigger trees. The hail shredded my flowers and all my tomato plants, I am so bummed. It was the loudest storm I have heard and I was scared as there was also tornado warnings right in our area. On my way to work this morning, I saw a lot of uprooted trees and tons of hail left over. Leaves, branches, etc covered the streets. It appears my work got it even worse because their are park benches and picnic tables turned over and blown away and I guess all the power went out in all of the buildings around here. Some places have power lines that are down and they are asking those people to stay home.

Good Morning
YIKES what a storm we had last night around 12:30. Sounds like the storm you had Heidi came down here. It was the worst storm we have had in a long long time. The wind was blowing so hard I thought we were going to have a tornado. It woke Ethan up when I when into his bedroom to close his window and check on him he had his hands over his ears because " It was to loud". It hailed so bad I thought it was going to tear our gazebo covering. :scared1:

No computer at home right now. Sunday I was on my farm and got a zillion pop ups about a virus that was trying to get all my passwords. All the boxes said it was from Microsoft so I didn't think to much of it. Well long story short it was a program that locked up my computer so I can not use it. GRRRRRR! Luckily my Dad is a computer genius so he was able to get it out and is working on getting some spyware out too. If I did not have him I would of had to get a new computer!

Trying to get Tiffany ready to go back to college she leaves next week already. Ethan starts preschool the next week then soccar the week after that. Not ready to gear up for Fall yet. I am really enjoying this summer. We go to the pool everyweek with Ethan which is really fun.

Yikes! Sounds like scary storms. Glad you guys didn't have any serious damage.

I quit! I get up this morning to find Jazz limping on his front paw. I don't know if he slept on it wrong or what. He goes back to the vet on Thursday.

At least all went well at my eye doctor appointment.

Kaleigh is improving. Not coughing as much and tonsil swelling is going down. She gets another chest x-ray next week.

I have a headache and just want to run away.

Heidi: Cute pictures.

Barb: That stinks about your computer. Glad your dad can fix it.

I am still waiting for summer. We can't get out of the 70's except for a day here and there. I am sure everyone around here is loving it though.

Off to my farm.

Love the pictures Heidi! Kids sure are growing!

I am so upset right now. I have every other friday off and have done this for 5 years now. Just last year, my dad was able to do the same so we have the same day off so it works well with camping and skiing. Well my boss came to me and told me that I can no longer have Friday off and I have to choose between Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

OH NO HEIDI!! OH NO !!!! That stinks. I wonder if it will be temporary until everything calms down a bit. I feel so bad for you.

The storm was crazy. We heard the tornado sirens first, then the wind, then rain and finally the hail. We still have the hail laying around this morning. I am so scared because we took the new Toyota in for a few extras to be put on last night. I pray they had it in the garage! Ted has a call in to the dealer. Barb, I was wondering if it was going to hit you as they said it was taking the I25 path. Called Stacey this morning but she didn't answer. I suppose they got it if Barb did. That means our trailer could have damage right before our trip. Guess we may need to drive down tonight to scope out the damage down there. They are saying not to drive in Wheat Ridge due to power lines and trees. WOW!

Denine, good to hear that Kaleigh is showing signs of improvement.

Mom - I have talked to Stacey and she said they did get it as bad as we did. She said Joey was up terrified and Tyler slept through it. Did the Sentra and truck get damaged? I hope the trailer didn't get damaged.

I glanced over the truck and it appears ok. Richard doesn't seem worked up about the hail last night at the campground and said that Roy would be ok. Hope he is right! Did you hear where Joey was when the hail started? Poor thing! The Toyota was OUTSIDE but they said it was just dirty and they didn't get the hail, just the rain.

Sounds like one heck of a storm you guys got. Glad everyone is ok.

Denine and Julie -We should be in Kent, OH by 6:00pm Thursday. I do hope we have a chance to get together. Family first, however, so...Denine - take care of Kaleigh, get over your headache...Julie - Hope all is going well with your Mom and Dad. Haven't seen an update from you so I hope things are improving (especially for your Dad)...You guys have my cell phone number so just let me know if you can come visit. We'll be there til mid day Sunday.

Barb - good to hear from you again. I got the some error messages from microsoft about a Trojan infection. It just didn't look right so I shut down, scanned my computer and restarted. I had no problems. I was famring when it happened. Wonder if there is a very bad farmer trying to infect us? If it happens again to you, shut down. Don't click on anything until you restart. Good Luck. Glad your Dad can fix your problem.

Done farming for the night. Gonna read a little before bed.

Love to all.....

I forgot to tell Barb that I have been having those same pop ups. It started about 2 weeks ago. I am glad that I didn't click on it. I just shut down and run my own scan, thankfully!! I am so sorry Barb that you got it bad. Now with Susan getting them too it makes you wonder.

Have a great time Susan. You know I'm jealous!

All I have to say is Thank God I have a Mac. Love that thing! Never have to worry about viruses or trojans.

Here are some pictures of the storm we had that my mom took.

Good morning everyone.

Barb, I missed it yesterday but I read that Tiffany goes back to school next week and then Ethan starts. Seems so early. Wonder if Tyler and Joey go back soon.

Heidi, just an FYI. I bought the peanuts and the jerky today. Didn't want you to buy some too.

I will probably buy more jerky, Chris and I love that stuff and can eat a lot. Where did you buy it at?
