Mom - Where do you buy the combo pack at? Sounds yummy and a good lunch for me. Oh ya, I am coming over after work to see what you found, it is killing me no knowing!

Denine - Thanks for wearing purple! I hope your head feels better.

Julie and Gary - Happy Anniversary. I hope you guys were able to celebrate it and have a good day.

Susan - I hope you are doing okay.

Denine, that was so sweet of you to wear purple. Thanks so much!

Heidi, the combo pack was at the deli. Seriously very good. See you tonight, LMAO!!!!!!

Not much new here.

We had a bit of a scare here the past few days. Turner had an odd feeling in his chest and we went to the ER. EKG, BP, O2, temp. all good and we were just waiting on the blood work. When the blood work came back one of the markers was positive. The troponin level was elevated. So, transefer downtown to the Levine's Children's Hospital to cardiac ICU and lots of testing. The troponin level was lower ever 6 hours when they tested it. The CT scans and echo all came back normal. Final result, Turner has an extremely healthy heart but he probably took a rough hit in hockey and it caused the tropnin to be released in his bloodstream. We know for certain his heart is healthy and no damage, it is not enlarged, all valves are functioning great, all arteries are where they are supposed to be and not blocked, his fasting lipid panel is fabulous, he is not diabetic, he has no blood clots in his lungs, ..... Clean bill of health to go back to full activities tomorrow. Rest and eat today since he has had to fast a lot.

We are exhausted sincewe just got home about 30 minutes ago. Very little sleep since Sunday.

So thankful my baby is fine!!!

Susan, I'm so thankful that Turner is ok. Wow, what a scare! I guess if anything good came out of it is knowing how healthy his heart is. It's a good thing to know when you have a son in sports. Get some sleep!!

Susan: That is scary. Glad everything turned out fine!!!

Nothing going on here.

Kaleigh has swimming lessons tonight.

Going to Outback tonight for a Happy Hour birthday party that Heidi organized. The birthday girl was my first babysitting job. Should be a lot of fun.

Windy day!

Denine, sounds like Kaleigh is doing so much better this time around for swimming lessons! Yay!!

Yesterday Tyler was able to ride a horse for therapy. It is a 6 week "course". I guess he was all smiles. I can't wait to see pictures. Poor Joey, is sick, sick, sick. She hasn't gone to school that last two days and she is upset. She is line leader and you know what that means!! LOL

Susan - Wow, that is so scary. Glad everything turned out to be okay with Turner. Lots of hugs to you!

Denine - Did I read right on FB that you have snow again?

Mom - I had a blast last night, I hope you did too. Glad you got to meet Kara. I didn't realize Tyler was doing that until I saw pics on FB this morning. Poor Joey, I can just picture how devastated she is.

Good morning. Not to complain but this wind has to go!

Heidi, thank you so much for last night. I really had a great time. Kara is a hoot! You guys almost have me talked into trying Zumba! (maybe when she gets back) As far as Joey is concerned, remember Tyler's teacher Debbie? She owns horses and has offered for them to ride hers so hopefully that happens!

Aw, that would be awesome if they could ride Debbie's horses. She is such a sweetheart.

TGIF!!!!!!

The girls kept me up late last night so I am tired this morning. Hoping to take the dogs to the park tomorrow if the wind stops.

TGIF!

Yep, we had about 3" of snow. It melted and now they are saying about an inch tonight. We had some flurries already.

Opening day today, Go Tribe!

Hope Joey feels better soon! Sounds like Tyler really enjoyed the horses!

Opening day today for the Rockies too, we play AZ. Perfect weather here for baseball, supposed to get in the 70's today.

My coworkers just played a horrible April Fools Day prank on me, I fell for it completely.

Well Heidi, it's STILL windy. I'm tired of it

Denine, everywhere I read, it's opening day. What a fun day for all! Go Rockies!

DANG it. I think my laptop got a virus. I got an email from my aunt and uncle and naturally I opened it. It went immediately into a man's drug website. (if you get my drift). I got another 2 after that but knew not to click on the email at all. Bonnie's email sent the same thing to me awhile ago. Be careful everyone. My computer won't start up at all. All it shows is a razor blade like looking thing. I had just typed everything up for our upcoming trip. SHOOT!!!!!!

Not a virus. It's the mother board. I swear they just replaced it in January but who cares. It's not costing me anything. That's the good thing. I just hate that it has all my trip plans on it and I can't access it at the moment. Plus I don't like to play on the big computer at night. I guess I can play on the netbook but I prefer my AOL over internet explorer and I don't have it on the little one since it takes up too much space.

What's everyone up to this weekend? We might go down to the campground but we are NOT visiting Stacey. We don't want their germs, LOL. We aren't camping since the water and electric is off but setting up the satellite and also taking down a bunch of junk. I noticed today that the yard needs to be cut already. The rhubarb is surfacing, too.

Julie, haven't seen you on FB for awhile and definitely not on here. Everything ok?

Barb, you have me worried especially since Susan called out the Mounties.

Susan, how is Turner feeling?

Mom - um, ya....have fun making that cranberry bread!!!! lol

We spent the weekend cleaning out the basement.

Stormy/rainy today. We have a wind warning, but it isn't really windy.

Nothing else going on.

Hello everyone!

Denine, be happy you didn't get the wind. I am so TIRED of wind. We got a little snow throughout the day yesterday. Thankfully we got our lawn mowed before it hit.

Hi everyone. We are got the wind today and sever thunderstorms expected after midnight. It was in the low 80s today and I was inside all day. Pollen is out of control and my eyes need to be taken out and washed under cold running water.:confused3It sounds liek it would feel good!

Turner has had a couple more experiences with tightness in his chest. tehy are having him keep a diary of the times and what he was doing and/or thinking about before it happens. They are trying to help him find out how he is dealing with stress and what may be triggering it. They said writing it down will help him subconsciously deal with it. (I might have to give that a try too).

We leave 2 weeks from tomorrow for Germany. I can nto wait to get away for a a couple of weeks.

Sounds like there will be lots of cranberry bread to share. You know my address.

Not much more going on here. Thank goodness.

LYMI

Om my Susan. That trip is coming up fast. Tell us more about it. How long, where anything. Have to live it through you. I've got an idea on that bread.....how about all of us meet here and make it together. Since we don't have the proper equipment I think it will take all the hands it can get.

I have learned that writing things down helps immensely. I started that when my neighbor suddenly stopped talking to us. I was hurt. Pixie dust to Turner. I hate reading that he is still having trouble.

Have you guys been following what is going on with the Magic and Wonder in 2012? New York, Galveston, Alaska, Hawaii. All sorts of new things. I guess it will be properly announced tomorrow.
