I want to go to Hawaii so bad, stupid Chris's school schedule is in the way. I could cry. Chris said I could go with my parents though, I wonder if they would let me bunk with them!!!

Another crummy day here. The sun was out yesterday but it was in the 30's for most of the day so still couldn't spend any time outside.

Taking Maurice to the vet later for shots and to look at his gums. Kaleigh has swimming tonight. Tomorrow morning Kaleigh and I are going to a play with the homeschool group. I work Friday.

Susan: Hopefully Turner will learn to manage his stress better. Maybe the trip will help.

Don't know anything about the Magic for 2012.

Di you guys hear or read about the line of storms across the south Monday and Monday night??? Well, it came through Charlotte around 1:45am (Tues). Our power went out about 1:55 and still isn't back on and the internet is also out. I had to come up to Starbucks just to get online for a bit. We had sustained winds of 60-70 mph for about 20 minutes and fe higher gusts. Lots of trees down and power lines. I had to go to the gym just so I could get a shower before work. WOW!!!

I don't have very long so I will give trip details in the next day or so when I can get back online at home.

Power is back on! Now just waiting on cable/internet. Paul is letting me use his aircard for a little bit before I head to bed. I was hoping to work from home tomorrow but without the internet I can't log into work so I guess I'll just plan to go into the office.

Susan - Oh wow, how scary. Glad your power is back on. I hope that you have a great trip. I cannot wait to hear about it, I am so jealous! I want to see LOTS of pictures!!!!!

I am hoping our TA is able to get us on the Hawaii cruise, fingers crossed. This morning is going to be pure craziness for her.

Susan: I did hear about the storms through your area. GLad you are OK and that your power is back on.

Over $200 later, Reese has been to the vet and still hasn't gotten his vaccines. The most expensive was the re-check set of tests for the bartonella he had. It should be gone, but now he has complications from it. His mouth is all swollen and sore. It is called stomatitis. It is a chronic condition. The vet gave him a shot of antibiotics and a steroid shot. I wish he would have told me he was in pain. He has been acting like normal; eating, drinking, chasing Hera... It may come down to removing all his teeth behind the canines. Not a big deal except for cost. Can't ever just have a healthy cat.

Denine, poor Reese and poor you! You guys just can't seem to catch break at the Vet. Maybe in the future with your luck you might want to check into insurance.

We got on the Wonder for Hawaii. I'm really excited. Got our room, got the price within the amount I wanted and just found out that we have 650 obc. Wow! Because it is refundable Heidi booked it just in case they can work it out. Bonnie got on and now waiting to hear if Jeanne did. The waits were atrocious. Thankfully we had DU call.

Yay, Jeanne and "Petah" (Peter, that's my Australian accent) are booked. Peter is absolutely a FUN guy! I got to talk to him on the phone when we were at WDW. Jeanne is now calling Joyce to see if her and Les want to go. C'mon everyone, let's make this a party. Anyone else want to book???

Best news of the day...............Penny is alerting to seizures. We weren't sure a few days ago but today pretty much sealed it. Tyler took a nap a few days ago and Penny has to go in his room and nap at the same time. Stacey watched on the monitor as Penny jumped around on the bed licking Tyler and she had Tyler laughing. Well, a few minutes later Tyler had a seizure. Today the same thing happened so Stacey watched on the monitor and timed it........45 minutes later he had a seizure. Wow, it is a guarantee that they will be a response dog but they cannot guarantee an alert dog.

Sandy: That is good news about Penny! Glad you all got your Hawaii cruise booked. I don't know when we are going to be able to cruise again after October. When is the cruise?

Kaleigh got her project book at 4H last night. She is excited.

Got out of work late again today.

Tomorrow Kaleigh has Jesus day at church. I have no idea what it entails, but it is for 3 hours and is for her First Communion. I am going to work on my continuing education for my license renewal while she is gone and get that finished.

Kaleigh sure is kept busy! I guess that means you guys, too, LOL. The Hawaiian cruise sets sail April 29, 2012 and is a 15 day cruise.

Good morning! Thankfully the government was not shutdown and I can work and get paid this week!

Denine - I agree with my mom, I think Pet insurance may be the way to go for you...might be a little cheaper!

Mom - I feel sorry for everyone who is on Deck 2 with all of us. After reliving all the laughs on the Dream, I am sure we will all get the giggle again.

Kaleigh loved Jesus Day. The kids all had a blast. She wants to do it again. I told her it is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
I finished my continuing ed so I can renew my nursing licence. Always happy when I get that chore done.

Yesterday was gorgeous! It was warm and sunny and we got to spend the day outside. I didn't want it to end! Why? Cause now we are back to crummy weather for the forseable future. But my mom asks why do I need to be outside anyway. OY!

Sandy: I would love to be on a 15 day cruise to Hawaii. I can't imagine how much that costs! Maybe someday.

Pet insurance isn't as big a bargain as it sounds. We have looked into it in the past.

Heidi, OMG, I forgot all about that. I almost had to do laundry that night.

Denine, you must be getting our weather. We both complain but did you see Susan's hail? I don't know if it hit her town but the Carolina's were hit with baseball size hail. That's too bad that Jesus Day is only once in a lifetime. Happy she had a good time though. Hawaii wasn't too bad. It was 4500 for Cat 9, 2 adults.

I'm waiting for our lawn aerator guy. It aerates better if your lawn is wet so Ted got up early this morning and turned the sprinkler system on. Watered in 29 degrees. The sun is out and it's melting the little bit of ice on the lawn.

Found out that we have a new deep water aerobics instructor starting today. I want to try and get there. I use to like the 1:00 class but I'm now finding it's hard to get to.
