Some days you just shouldn't get out of bed.

I have been so tired just trying to do everything around here and trying to fit everything else in when Jerry is home.

He was really hoping they would come to a decision today and be able to tell the lawyers tomorrow. The more they talk the more confused they get! Who knows when they will make a decision?

So, now going to the fair may be in jeopardy.

Since Jerry wasn't going to get home until who knows when, I had to take Kaleigh grocery shopping. I forget to use a $1 off coupon at one store. I bought fresh mozzarella which is packed in water. As I was putting the bag in the car, the bag broke and the mozzarella fell on the ground and broke open  I thought I had put it in a different bag for the ride home, I didn't. It fell out again and the rest of the milky water spilled on the ground, that is, the milky water that didn't leak onto the floor of my car! So I finally got everything put away and Kaleigh down for a nap and the car cleaned out hopefully (febreeze do your job).

Also, Kaleigh doesn't want to eat anything but cheerios, yogurt and her favorite cereal. I tried mac & cheeses today, nope. Even stuff she was eating, she doesn't want! I think food will always be an issue for her.

The cats started begging 3 hours early for their dinner and wouldn't stop. At least we were at the store part of the time.

I am starving and tomorrow is weigh in day!

A friend sends me an e-mail article saying we shouldn't be drinking diet coke or diet anything because of all the bad stuff it is doing to our bodies.

The mail just came and I am afraid to look!

Sorry, I just needed to vent!

Hope you feel better {hugs}

Sandy: I feel much better today (still a little stuffy but OK).

Julie: how's the "morning" sickness? where are you
?

I'm still concerned about Bonnie too. Where is she?
Bonnie: where are you?

Jeanne: Are you back from vacation yet???? where are you?

Laurie: where are you?

Lori: where are you?

Krista: where are you?

Denine, sorry about your rotten day!

Oh where, oh where have all our friends gone. Oh where, oh where can they be??

Good Morning,

I am back at work but wish I was home. We went to Water World yesterday and had a wonderful time. Both girls, Ryan and 2 other of Jaymee's friends went. The pavement was so hot it burned the bottom of my feet really bad, they are really sore today. I am sunburnt too. I have not had a sunburn in over 2 years and it hurts! It is on my shoulders and neck :(

I woke up with a slight eye infection because of having my contact in too long. But as far as the day went we had a great time. I guess I am just having one of those "Mornings After".

Lori-I saw this lady that looked so much like you yesterday at Water World I almost went up and talked to her. (Helps with the cruise friends withdraw)

Sandy-Hope you are feeling better. How are the wedding plans coming??

Denine-Hope today goes better for you. How I remember those days of taking little ones to the store.

Julie-How are you feeling??

Susan-Glad you back. Hope all the computer issues are worked out.

Thanks for all the
Happy Birthday Bob!!

You guys are wonderful!! Bob had a great birthday. Now that he has had SO MANY of them wonder how he rates them?? ;)

Jerry is done with jury duty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :bounce: :Pinkbounc

That deserved it's own post. Just imagine it with a lot more bouncy guys. I tried, but it kept saying I had too many images and wouldn't let me post.

Today will be a much better day. It is cloudy, even though they said it was supposed to be partly sunny. It is going to rain again this afternoon even though they said it wasn't supposed to. But, we are going to the fair. Jerry went into work but is coming home early. He has to get back into the swing of things even though he had been going in in the mornings.

I don't feel as tired today.

I didn't lose any weight, still at 20 pounds lost. But, at least I didn't gain anything with the extra stress.

We ordered the tickets for the Halloween Party. We are going to have a mini cruiser reunion with the 10-12 cruisers at the party. It will be fun!

The trial: Apparently this was the next level up for this case. It was originally heard in Common Pleas court. The judge thinks there will be an appeal to the next level. It involved the sale and purchase of 11 area nursing homes. It was very convoluted and twisted. I don't know how they kept everything straight. I can't even begin to explain it. Jerry said the jurors did their best work after lunch, so they managed to come to a conclusion and get the lawyers together for the verdict. I think Jerry has done a lifetime of jury duty!!!!!!

Barb: I hope your sunburn feels better soon. I have had my share of bad sunburns!

Thanks for letting me vent yesterday!

Hi guys. I had to run away from home for a few days. We went to the mountains on Sat night then Ben left Monday morning to goet back to work and the kids and I came back last night to hold the National Night Out party for our block. Had a better turnout of neighbors from the shoveling party, but this was fun too. Oh!!! I got to drive a fire truck!!!!!!!!!!!!! The police come by with their cars and "McGruff the crime fighting dog" every year and we've usually gotten a firetruck for the kids to check out, we also got a motorcycle cop to show us his bike and all of the tricky radar meathods he has. (Boy does this guy like being sneaky about nailing people) Anyway, the firemen were letting the kids sit in the driver's seat and I got up into it too. I was checking out all of the controls and didn't find a place for the key. There were ignition and start buttons though. We'd been joking earlier about Cody starting my car when he was one and a half and that it ran in the blood. So I asked, if I could figure out how to start the engine, could I drive it? They didn't think I could do it and said "sure". Here's how to do it ! Flip the battery lever to "on", press the ignition switch up and hold the top starter button. Next pull the yellow hydraulic parking brake knob that up high on the right side panel. Hold the foot brake while you press "D" for Drive on the upper right forward panel let up on the brake and Voila, you are in motion. It took a few wrong tries and one fireman starting giving me "hot and"cold" clues, but by golly, it started and all of my neighbors grabbed their kids and ran onto the front porch. :p I stopped at the corner to be nice and not make the other two firemen run so far. That was a blast.

The AC is running good although the elec. panel is flipping breakers. Got the guy coming back to check on that. Better run.

Talk to ya'll later.

Lori-You are one of the craziest people I know! What a kick you are. I can just see you driving the truck!

Woo Hooo my December vacation is on the calandar. Disney World here I come:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc

Barb:smooth:

Lori, who else is better suited to figure out and drive a fire truck than you???? That was a funny story. Our Natl Night Out was at SW Plaza.

Jerry is finally off jury duty. Yea!:bounce: :Pinkbounc

Barb, I live here in Denver and have never been to Water World. Of course, the girls have and loved it. I loved Blizzard Beach at WDW so the girls said that I would love Water World. Too bad you didn't tell me as I know you MUST wear water shoes there. Our girls burned their feet the first time. Sorry about the sunburn. I love vinegar, or aloe vera. Also, Solarcaine makes an unbelieveable spray that really, really works great. Take it from a redhead!!!!

Sure Julie, you are here. Whatever!

Big Brother tonight. I guess that Dana will leave. That is so obvious that Jun probably will.

See ya on the flip side!

Have been bummed about the christning dress...they took it to a dressmaker to "fix it"...truly there was nothing wrong with it...button holes a tight fit, she didn't like the length and who knows what else. I am disowning them. It is costing them $50...they don't see the insult and hurt.

Good for you Lori! You can add that to your list of vehicles...safer than the motorcycle.

Yea! Jerry's finished!

zBusy at work this week...reorg finally coming to fruition of course everything is last minute now!

Happy belated birthday Bob!

Bonnie, just knowing that you are sad makes all of us sad. Please know that you are well loved here! Here's to brighter days ahead for Bonnie!

Had a nice chat with Barb last night. Will anyone be able to contain her by December's WDW trip? If you are this excited now Barb what will you be like? Tigger maybe? Bounce bounce bounce

Thank you Sandy...I know you all love me...I love you guys too. I sure do miss you. I think of us rolling in the surf on Magan's Bay and laugh...hmmm...I never did get those pictures!!!!! Could use them right about now.

Well, off to work. I am happy to have all my staff reporting to me now...I feel much better about my job...was wondering for a bit whether it was a wrong move.

Have a good day.

Good morning all. I still ponder the question. Where is everyone??

Glad that you checked back in Bonnie. Wouldn't you just hate it if the Royal Mountie HAD to go looking for you? Quite honestly, I haven't forgotten your pictures. They are laying out where I can trip over them. Graduation came, then camping, and now the wedding. They are still coming. But remember----the curse. Everytime we have tried, something breaks down. Good to know that your new job was the right decision. You have been through so much!

What a crazy day ahead for me. I get Noah and Graci and asked my niece and nephew over too. Then last night Noah's mom asked if I would mind if they brought over their dog, also. They are leaving from my house for Iowa. Should be an interesting day. Looking forward to camping this weekend. Going down today. Might be able to check in later today or tomorrow. If not, have a great weekend. If lucky, maybe I can come back to more posts from the missing. Krista, Diana, Laurie, Patty, Mom, JEANNE (Joyce) where are you?????

Bonnie: I am sorry about the dress. I don't think you will be making anything else for them anytime soon. They don't deserve it. Wait until Olivia is older and can appreciate the dress that grandma made.

Lori: I can just see you driving the fire truck.

Sandy: Have fun camping this weekend.

We took Kaleigh to the fair yesterday and she had an absolute blast. She got to pet a bunch of different animals and giggled at a lot of them. She especially liked the bunnies. Jerry got me a teddy bear covered in Alpaca hair. It is soooo soft! We ate yummy fair food and brought home a big bag of kettle corn. We watched the draft horse pull. I love that event. I love to see those big, strong horses do what they were made to do, pull stuff. They are beautiful. I ran in to my cousin. She had horses at the fair. I didn't know she was going to be at this fair, only the fair last week. But, we were leaving because Kaleigh was worn out! We were there for several hours. I can't wait till the next fair at the end of the month. It is the largest in NE Ohio.

Good Morning All!!!

Denine-Sounds like a fun time at the fair.

Bonnie-Enjoyed talking to you last night. How fun that Glenn
is coming again. For our next conversation I will try not to talk about Disney......Never gonna happen!! :p

One more day until the weekend. I get to go get my hair cut. This is our last free weekend this month.

Tiffany started school yesterday. She had classes until 2:45 then Cheer practice from 3 to 5. I picked her up she ran home and changed and ate a few bites then off to her youth group at church at 5:45. I don't see much of her during the school year.

Jaymee and I went out to dinner then to see Freaky Friday last night. It is cute. worth seeing once. We only have 5 more Wednesday nights together before she is off to school in Texas. Boy will I be a basket case for a while. I am sososo close to my kids. I will really miss her. Good thing I still have Missy and Tiffany here and Jason will be back from Korea in April.

Barb:smooth:

I have been a little busy around here and have checked in a couple of times but didn't post. Sorry. Just not chatty lately.

Sounds like everyone has been busy too.

Bonnie - glad to hear Glenn will be there soon. You need someone to pamper you a little.

Lori - driving a fire truck really isn't that hard. I was once a volunteer firefighter and I have driven the truck! No more, I'll stick to the minivan.

Sandy - have fun camping; you'll need a little rest after today with all the kids. Wonder what Justin will do as HoH???

Barb - I can tell you are very close to your kids. You must be a great Mom!

Denine - glad Kaleigh had a good time at the fair. You need to share pictures. She must be getting so big.

I had the day off today to do some things with Paul but I may go up to the pool for a little time too.

Later!
