Hello everyone, both my friends from the Members' Cruise '08 and new friends I will be meeting on this cruise. I am traveling with my sister, Kathy (NJPrincess). We were supposed to do the western Caribbean back in '04 with our parents for their 55th wedding anniversary, but Ivan kept is in the east. Looking forward to it.

Pirate mass? That's the one bit of ill-planning I did. DH has never missed mass. No way to get to one with this cruise from what I've seen. I can't believe they don't hold a real mass anymore.

I can fix that. I am a Catholic priest and will find somewhere to have Mass that Sunday morning. The "Aaargh Father" joke comes from a Mass we had the night before we left on the 2008 Member Cruise.

(I just have to be careful here that I don't get a reputation as liking my alcohol too much, so let's talk about something else. )

It's really nice how this thread is getting busier and busier!

I am not a beer drinker but I really like the conck coolers at castaway Cay.
I like Heminway but not enough to pay $12 to see his house. We may just walk around a little and then have some pool time.

He's been really busy since we got back from the World last week. I will try to persuade him to start posting again.

I'm hoping people will have some good shore tour recommendations, since we haven't been on the Western before.

Hopefully we can find at least one shore tour that we can all do together, since this sounds like a great group. A great big DIS party

Key West - my parents advice was to take the COnch tour and see where to go from there. Then again, they also recommended MAllory square at sunset and that just does not sound like my thing. I'm a small town girls who;s led a pretyt sheltered life, though.

I've been thinking that day might be a good time to take advantage of port day specials since we've been to KW already. Not all day but part of it.
