I can help you with your vacation plans. All our points are at OKW and therefore could more easily reserve for you at that resort. I have enough points available for all your DVC Villa needs at WDW. Price per point is $11.00. 50% non refundable deposit due when you get the confirmation letter on Disney letterhead. Balance, also non refundable due 45 days before check-in.

I use a comprehensive rental agreement that clearly identifies each of our responsibilities while working through the rental process.
