Occupancy Questions - Family of 6

My frank advice: give up on the whole 2 studios idea. If you love BWV, buy there and book standard view for the lower points at 11mos. (They're hard to get if you don't own there. ) Once you get a 2br, you'll never want to go back.

I think you are right, and this is great advice. This is what I think we need to do!

I agree with getting the 2BR. My kids are 3,3,4 and 6 and having the 2BR is amazing. It gives plenty of space, which affords us the opportunity to bring my parents and sister to help watch the kids! Plus you can't beat the convenience of in room laundry. I only packed 4 outfits for each person for a ten day stay - it made it much easier to get the luggage to/from our home airport because there weren't as many bags to deal with.

The oldest child would need to be 18 to be in a studio without another adult. Sounds like that could be a long way off.

As others have mentioned, connecting rooms or rooms right next to each other are never really guaranteed. There have been reported instances of member services guaranteeing such requests, even adding the word "guaranteed" to the reservation, and guests arriving to find that their requests were not filled.

Family of 6, my 2 cents would be that a 2BR is NOT! = to 2 studios. 3 rooms, not 2, and a full kitchen and washer dryer in the unit. 2 BRs are really great.

My "kids" are grown now, so we now book studios and more often, 1BRs. Even the 2BR phase is (sadly) temporary.
