Thank you so much for your report! We are staying at the Ko Olina Beach Villas in a few months for the 1st time. Were all the amenities available during your stay (both pools, hot tubs, gym, outdoor bar by the beach)? I'm worried some aspects of the property won't be available or would be under refurbishment. Everything was open and available when we were there.

That's great that they are restoring the Koko Head stairs. I went a few months before they started and coming back down was treacherous.

They are in great shape up until just past the bridge because of their efforts.

Then they are in horrible shape for the steepest part from there to the top.
