hey Artie....yep VERTICALLY CHALLENGED I AM....at 5'1"...but hey my DGF Aisling isn't much taller... & yes you are right i AM a FAST walker for short legs....i hope i can keep up that pace for all 20+ miles we walk those first 2 days in sept....day 3 is only about 12 miles so i think i'll be fine that day...

and OMG Aisling YES you did raise em right FOR SURE...i know i couldn't go to MCO either without a trip to the mouse house...NO WAY!! Glad they went & got such a "GOOD" deal too

well it was perfect weather for the Wharf to Wharf....a very cool overcast 57-62 deg...back at home & it's HOT here....waiting for DS to get home - they left Tahoe today instead of tuesday...so will see him sometime this afternoon....

ahhhh - i never noticed you were that tall in your photos...guess you haven't really been standing up....DS is 6'1"...DH only 5'10" - but had an old boyfriend that was 6'4" so guess that's maybe why i walk so fast.....???

OK, I'm off to the cornhusker state. To skate Nationals in Lincoln, Ne. Eliminations are thurs & finals are Fri. If I make finals I will leave for WDW on Sat.. If not I will be on my way Fri. Either way 3 days in WDW for sure.

Can I ask everyone what night/day they are scheduling their Palo brunch or dinner? We have done brunch twice, never dinner. Not sure what night will be the best, as I don't want to miss any special menus. I know formal night will be NYE, but that is it. Can you share with me your dates, if you think you know.

We were thinking about doing the Palo night either on the Animator's Palette show night, or Parrot Cay night.

I dont want to miss a special menu.. nor NYE..

For the brunch.. we were thinking the 2nd at Sea day.

Soooo.. I had talked Brian into Annual passes when were down in Disney last week. We discussed using the tickets to their fullest potential.

I am now booking a trip for St. Patty's Day in March. I am using our DVC points for the room, and sky miles for my ticket. that leaves us paying cash for Brian's airline ticket AND our food and any souvies we want to pick up.

I booked us for 4 nights, 5 days. Fly in on Saturday March 14 and depart for home on Wed March 18th. I am soooooooooooooo hoping they have the pirate and princess party going on during that time. I think that would be cool.

Sooo.. the air for Brian is like $300. HELLO! And.. in Boston.. March 17th is a holiday for my work. I only need 2 days off for this trip!!! how cool is that????

Can you tell that I am excited???

I dunno...I too am a Disneyholic, but with all the photog jobs and searching for a real job, I have been lacking in my trip planning I need to look at the itinerary with the dining rotation. Our last trip's Palo dinner was on the semi formal night of the cruise. I think it was our second night at Lumiere's that we skipped.

I haven't done the brunch and am pretty sure Mom hasn't either. I'm all ears for suggestions on this one.

Brenda, I knew you and Aisling were shor...ahem, vertically challenged...but the same height as Minnie! That is too cute~ at 5'7 I've been called tall and short. Depends on who is next to me John is 6', my BIL is 6'4, my sister is 5'2 and daughter 5'3.
