You know what's funny, when I go away by myself to visit family or friends far from home, I miss my family the whole time and can't have a good time. But when THEY leave and I have the house to myself, it's WOO HOO!!!!!!!
(Except for when Chad was in Italy, only because it was for so long).

I do, but I havent got them off of the camera yet. I will go to Target the beginning of next week (after the inlaws leave) and get them onto a disk to get them onto my computer.

This Saturday, it will only be 22 WEEKS till we sail away!!

Only been to WDW once in my life, but I've been on 5 Disney cruises with 2 more booked--does that count as Disney obsessed??!!

I WILL - i have some "domestic" things to do these next few nights - which i love doing when they are gone....then my August crop is Saturday - haven't even started on the the Italy albums....so LOTS to do!!!

Tig, have fun at the beach. I'm so not a beach person, unless I lather up with sunblock, wear big sunglasses, a wide rimmed hat, and cover my whole body with a towel. I burn like mad. If only I had your melanin-enhanced skin...

My Chad saved me $88 dollars------I was about to buy a very cute Kate Spade wallet (I LOVE Kate Spade handbags and accessories, she's my favorite designer), and Chad came home with an adorable POTC wallet for me, nice and small which I like, and with a little change purse compartment. So how many Bahama Mamas will that buy on the ship?

I'm on my way for a massage and to have my hair done. Then rushing home to drive Jesse to work...he works the rectory office at our church.

Later, I'm going to invite myself to Louise's house, her two adorable little nieces will be there, and I really want to see them. I LOVE kids, they lift my spirits like you wouldn't believe.

Wow the day is over already. Time is flying by.

Tomorrow morning Jesse goes for a minor procedure related to his nose surgery last December. The doctor is a perfectionist, and he wants to inject collegen into a tiny dent on the nose. Everything internal is perfect (the septum), but this guy has a reputation for doing amazing reconstruction work, and I guess he's worried about his reputation, so he's doing it for free. There was no way to predict that Jesse's nose would heal with a dent. It's so minor you'd have to look really hard to see it, but Jesse wants to go ahead with it.

Then Friday, the 3 kids and I are driving to Atlantic City. Jesse and I are seeing Tom Jones in concert, and Chad/Louise are coming because I have a room booked at the concert venue, the Trump Taj Mahal, so they'll come and enjoy the atmosphere/gambling.

Tig, I'll ask Chad to upload his vacay pics tonight...Wednesday night is league basketball, so when he's done playing, I'll ask him to get to it.

One more cool thing, we're going to see Liza Minnelli next Thursday night giving a free concert at a bandshell park near my house. I can't wait, she's a classc!

Beach was good, talked to Mom - she's safely in NE and getting ready for eliminations tomorrow. Brittany and my sister share a birthday tomorrow, Brittany has already left for the shore but promised to have dinner with us on Friday. She officially 20 around 230 am~July 31st

At band camp - they have switched Kara's instrument - she will continue to play clarinet at pre game but then switch to baritone for half time shows and all competitions

I'm glad Jill is safely in NE. What a girl, just jumps in her car and takes off halfway across the country. I SO admire her for that free spirit adventureousness (is that a word?).

Happy happy birthday to Brittany! Tig, it's so sweet the way you think about "at such and such a time, my baby will be X years old". It's such a mom thing.


And now, I have to say Thumper is adorable! She looks so snuggly! I'm glad you posted a pic of her! And gee, that daughter of yours, she's awesome, I can't wait to meet her. She seems so talented and motivated, which I love seeing in young ladies, since as a teen all I was motivated to do was daydream.

Just got off the treadmill, and for some reason I hated it this time. But I just used some foul language to help me through!
