Thank you both!! very much.
It is hard, and while I was extremely sad the first two times, I think I am more angry this time. Still sad, but really more angry. I had asked them (the dr's) awhile ago if there were any tests they could run to see if there was a problem. I was assured this happens to women often (miscarriages) that they are a common thing and most women have them before they even realize they are pregnant, YADA YADA... Now that there has been another and they are all so close together, they are going to look in to it.
I have done WW before and had success w/losing weight. I will be walking regularly now, to add exercise into my routine. I have a gf at work that is a personal trainer part time.. and is willing to take me w/her on our lunch break to her gym to get me started.
I am currently in a 18.. I was in a 12/14 when this all started. I just want to get back to 12. A 10 would be nice, but I dont want to push it.

. I briefly considered going downstairs with a bag of chips, turning on the TV and the treadmill, kicking back in the lay-z-boy and racking up some miles, would that be wrong?
Otherwise she is kicking my butt.

Actually, school is ending and I had some medical stuff that was stressing me out (all checked out and fine) and I just couldn't get motivated to do anything more than hunt for chocolate like some kind of wild nocturnal animal. Which leads me into this diet business you have all been discussing. OMG what do you have to do to shed a few (20) pounds? I guess the large quantities of dark almond chocolate bars I have been eating isn't helpful, but really, this is hard. And it is actually not as helpful as Artman says, that he only comes to bed "sometimes" with snacks. I'm serious, this man eats crackers and cheese and chips like a madman and hasn't gained a pound in the 14 years I've known him. Sick!!
or lack there of.
