It wasn't that tough, they love WDW nearly as much as I do. I did however have to let Claudia pick the resort - Beach Club . I was thinking more along the lines of Port Orleans, but hey I think we both won. It will be great for Owen as well, like most 8yo's one of his favorite parts of vacation is the pool.

uhhhh yeah - i'll say you both WIN on this one...and isn't SOOOOOO nice that Santa Claus DOES make stops at the disney resorts!!! So Owen will be covered too!!!! all sounds WIN/WIN to me~

Hey ladies and gents - popping in to say HI! And that I haven't forgotten to update the website - just got to find some time. But I am almost there in terms of time. Ever since we got back from vacation on the 9th I have been caught up in well, catching up. Plus my brother is on R&R from his tour in IRAQ till June 6th so been trying to spend some time before he goes back.

I'm amazed that we are almost 6 months away. I don't know about anyone else but OMG - airfare is astronomical right now during that time frame. We are thinking about driving down but I am going to wait to make that decision when SW releases there dates. Also looking for December hours to be released by Disney as I need to make ADR's soon, etc. but not sure if you guys saw but November hours are almost a month late in being released - I feel bad for those guys.

Reading up on stuff - Aisling - you are going to be a WL during Christmas?? That will be cool. We are staying at the Villa's from 22nd-27th. You guys going to drive or fly (or don't know yet)? Maybe we can meet up for dinner or something.

That's good news! I hope the days move slooooooooow for you while he's home!

Airfare is outrageously high, about $500 each for us. I have never paid more than $200 for a flight to Orlando, and that includes peak times such as July 4th and December 23rd for our last cruise. In fact, it was $163 RT in 2005 at Christmastime. But I just did it and booked, and thank goodness as the fares are up higher already.

I'm a TourGuideMiker, and I see a lot of restless unhappy people because they can't get his touring advice without the hours being up. So far, people are using historical November hours to make tentative plans.

Reading up on stuff - Aisling - you are going to be a WL during Christmas??.

Our flight lands at 8:30 AM on Christmas morning, and taking ME to the WL. I'd love to meet up!

Jill, you're probably nite nite by now, but what are you doing Christmas day? Think about spending some time with us, we're like family, ya know. I was thinking of having a little Christmas party in our room at the WL...we have the Jr. suite booked, so it's two rooms, and Club level, so the concierge can provide us with drinks and munchies. I'd love for Anjelica and family, Brenda, Ryan, and friends, and Artman and family to come, too. And any of our cruise friends who'll be in WDW at that time. This would be on the 26th, since Chad and Louise won't be arriving till then. Anyone interested?

I forget when Debbie's going down and where she's staying. We're going to need a master list for where we're all staying pre-cruise and dates.
