No, I think somewhere posted on the NS boards are recipes for creating NS-like foods, since cost is a factor for many people...
About the bad snacks I like to have
, I've found I'm doing much better when I'm eating a fruit & protein snack in the afternoon... I've craved the other bad stuff less, or, in my case I think I've replaced it... I have applesauce & ham throughout the afternoon...
About those soy chips, I cannot stand them! Have you tried the crunchy chocolate bar? I LOVE that! I plan to eat one daily
So when my kids & DH pull out the brownie pan, I have something to eat BESIDES what they are baking!!! It's really been very bad!
I've also been surprised that I've kept drinking the water, I've never done that before, I think it helps to suppress the cravings as well.... plus, I can still have a skim latte from Starbucks on occasion & that qualifies as a non-fat dairy.... I can live with that

There's got to be a better way!
(Special K Low Carb Lifestyle Protein Plus is one of the cereals "better" than NS'.) Also for breakfast, we're using the shakes we've used for years. (Myoplex Lite also has much better nutritional stats than any of the NS shakes). While we cannot find soy chips that are better than the ones from NS, we have found supermarket chips that are just about as good.
