I interviewed for a different position at the hospital. I interviewed with the manager and today I heard back from her that the all the interviews were good, and she was unable to make a decision, so she is moving forward with a second step interview: a panel of nurses from the department will develop questions and ask us the questions. They will assign points to our answers and I guess the one with higher points gets the job.
I work in surgery and this position is for the ambulatory care center. We work alot with the nurses over there, so they know us. (I can deduce that at least 1-2 other applicants are also from surgery - there are a total of 4 applicants)
anyway, I am just wondering if you might have any guesses what questions might be asked on a nursing panel interview?
Any responses would be appreciated as I am brushing up on my interview skills, and reviewing possible questions.
thanks!
