Number of rooms at the BCV?

I read the press release that said there would be 205 units in the new Beach Club Villas. Does this mean that there are 205 two bedroom units which can be divided into 410 total units (205 studios and 205 one bedroom units)? I'm curious as to how much additional traffic there will be at the Beach Club when the villas are completed.

They have not given any breakdown but suspect that that BCV will broken down more like BWV where you have a number of dedicated studios and 1BR units, neither of which are lock-off units,and a number of 2BR lock-offs which can be used as 2BR's or 1BR and studio units. At BWV there are 383 rooms but 149 of those are two bedroom lock-offs and thus you can get to a total of 532 rooms.
