Hi does anyone know if there is a number that I can call to get the AP application form?

I have got a sponsorship that was sent to me which would mean that you can get 10% off your AP, and the sponsor then gets extra months added onto their AP. It was kindly sent to me from another poster and I was going to use it to get ours but I could take a copy to use (although I am also considering buying the shares in which case we would get the shareholders discount instead) and send the original to you. If you are interested, pm your address to me and I will put it in the post tomorrow.
