Now that Labor Day has passed LADIES...

We aren't allowed to wear open-toed at work, so I only have one pair of dress open -toed shoes that I wear to church in summer. I'll probably wear them through the end of Sept at least. It's still pretty hot here, morning and evening. I do wear sandals for casual stuff, though.

I wear my white shoes year round but the hospital wants that I will wear my open toes till it gets too cold sometime in Oct

I don't worry about it............I live in FL, although right now white shoes would not work, possibly a pair of waders.....where is that LL Bean catalog when you really need it!

actually, I wore my white Sketchers sandals today. Wore them with jeans this morning for a teacher conference and I am wearing them out to dinner tonight.
Ill keep wearing sandals and opened toed shoes until my feet turn blue, LOL.

Only white shoes I own are sneakers and sandals - and they are both still out and being used. It's about 95 here today -- probably stay close to that for several weeks yet. Then again, here in So. Cal we never put the sandals away - it's rare we can't wear them in December
However, I work in Minneapolis every other week -- so I get to suffer through snow/ice - and remember why it is I live in So. Cal!

I only pay attention to the weather, not the calendar! It's tough now, 40's at night and 80's during the day.

Wasn't there a movie with a crazy mom and she killed some woman for wearing white shoes after Labor Day?? I seem to remember Kathleen Turner in it I think...can't recall the name of the movie but she killed lots of people in it...

I will wear my white sandals until it is just to darn cold. I wore them today. Even when it's freezing I'll slip on sandals to run ds to school and crank up the heater. It's just too easy to slip into a pair of sandals. I only have one pair of tennis shoes and I've had them for years---white K-Swiss never go out of style . I can wear some sandals out. I have so many pair.
