Now Bring Me That Horizon ~ It Begins P115

Yay! for the date night - doesn't matter what you do, any kind of date night is nice! The toys are cute, so is the new bag, and you can never have too many backpacks/sports bags when it comes to having boys - I don't know what my son does with them, but he just BEATS on them. I have to admit, I just bought a new bag too. I thought I was okay with the baggalini, but then I saw one at LL Bean - same size, kind of more of a sling shape, lots of pockets, and best of all, a non-slip shoulder strap. So I got it, and I'll have to try it out. Unfortunately, I threw away the tags for the baggalini, so I'll have to find use for it somehow.:confused3. Love your costume ideas, your son and your Mom will be so sweet! I have to start working on costumes for MNSSHP, the girls want to be Lilo and Noni, they'll be cute. I wish I was going to the party the same night as you all - I would've been able to spot your Jack Sparrow, I bet!

You are going to make me want to go watch Harry Potter!

I love those books. A lot of my friends rag me about it. Not nearly as much as my "imaginary friends on that crazy Disney website." :confused3

Love the update...

Good grab on the cool stuff for HRH.

Date night sounds nice! I am glad your Mom will take care of HRH so you guys can get out some and talk like adults!

I really wish I could see you guys all dressed up for MNSSHP! Nana chasing you guys with a cookie roller cracks me up. But you might want to get her one that is not made of solid wood...that would be heavy to carry around the parks all day. Maybe a spatula instead? :rotfl:

I am sorry about the stuff with school and your schedule. Sounds stressful.

Well...another great TK update! :)

New park bags and DH is dressing as Jack Sparrow. This is a good day! :) I love that your son is so resolute in what he wants to be for Halloween. Good for him. And your mom will look cute as Eve. You don't all need to match. You'll be together. Having fun. In Disney. That's MORE than enough! :goodvibes

I read the Harry Potter books so long ago I'm not sure what happened that made you cry but I do really want to see the latest movie!

We're almost 2 months from our trips!! :yay::yay::yay:

I must be losing my mind...I thought you were having doctors not listening to you issues...but maybe it wasn't headaches? Opps! sorry

Nope. No health issues here, other than my sanity. ;)

Look at all of those purchases!

I love the little stuffed Wall-E. I have been looking at those for months now and haven't broken down yet to get one. I think I should. :rolleyes1

I was so thrilled that I could get the two for $6.50. That was awesome.

I love the addidas backpack! It's manly enough yet still cute with the green!

It's got just enough color. :thumbsup2

Awww I really enjoy date nights, Phillip and I try to do those every once in awhile, even though we don't have kids its still nice to get out and just enjoy each other's company!!!!

OMG, I felt so weird! It's so rare that we have each other's full attention. :lmao:

Awww...seeing those beanies really makes me wish I had a DIsney store within driving distance of me, however I have learned that there is a Disney Store outlet near the hotel we are staying at in Austin this weekend so I will be going there...oh yes I will!!!

That's cool! We only have one close to us, and I rarely if ever make trips there. It's a little too far for a normal shopping excursion, but given that we were out anyway...

Awww..gift bags...we'll have to PM each other...I need some ideas on adult gift bags LOL!!!!

Well, that depends.

What adults are you planning gift bags for? pirate: or princess: or :hippie:

Oh, I hope you like your new LL Bean bag! I actually find their stuff to be very well made, so that's a plus. And you know how I feel about lots of pockets! :cloud9:

Well, I'll be sure to post headless pictures of us, so you'll get to see us then.

I bet your girls will be adorable! Whenever I watch that movie, it so reminds me of me and my sister when I was little. We've got a seven year age difference, so I remember some of those fights. :lmao:

You are going to make me want to go watch Harry Potter!

It was very, very good. I did however tell DH I will probably never watch it again.

At least one part.

my "imaginary friends on that crazy Disney website." :confused3

:rotfl2: I laugh because I know the feeling. I don't even bother to try to explain it to my co-workers. I just refer to you as my friends. Makes life so much easier.

I really wish I could see you guys all dressed up for MNSSHP! Nana chasing you guys with a cookie roller cracks me up. But you might want to get her one that is not made of solid wood...that would be heavy to carry around the parks all day. Maybe a spatula instead? :rotfl:

Well, she'll actually be in her ECV, so she can put the roller in the basket. I was thinking of it more as a prop for photos than anything else. But I'll definitely have to look and see what I can find, I would never give her anything heavy to carry and there is our luggage weight limit to consider. :lmao:

I am sorry about the stuff with school and your schedule. Sounds stressful.

Thank you very much for the support. I really, really appreciate it.

Well...another great TK update! :)

Thanks!

That's exactly what I said. Plus, she gets to match him, and I know people will be ooo-ing and ah-ing over them all night. Like I said, I think I've come up with a great costume idea for her, but I'm holding that trick up my sleeve for now. :thumbsup2

We're almost 2 months from our trips!! :yay::yay::yay:

I know, isn't it amazing? I was actually thinking of the timing of it today, and it's going to arrive so quickly.

I can't believe all the people I'm going to meet, and what fun we'll have. It's...it's just amazing.

Glad to hear the Halloween costumes are coming along nicely -- although I have to say that I am a little shocked that your mother is acting hurt that you won't match -- after all, DS wants to be Wall-E...okay, I am going to stop. ;)

Love the Disney treasures and the new bags -- I really like the Adidas backpack -- the colors are great! :thumbsup2

Eh. That's Mom. I love her, and hey, we all have our moments. I just had to put my foot down for my son because he's so excited about being Wall E.

Love the Disney treasures and the new bags -- I really like the Adidas backpack -- the colors are great! :thumbsup2

One would even say the backpack is DIS-propriate. We just don't have to tell my DH.

Honestly, I really like green. My favorite color has always been blue, but lately I've been favoring green more and more.

The thought makes me a little giddy, I won't lie. Are you wearing a costume or a themed tee or anything specific for the party? :goodvibes

No full costume. I usually will dress up to the hilt for a Halloween party but I know I won't feel comfortable solo like that at Disney. But I do want to do something....t-shirt, hat....doodle-bop on my head....just don't know what yet.

Try Toys R Us for a plastic rolling pin for Nana.

I had a whole reply typed out and it disappeared. :headache: I am to tired to go and type it all out again. So here goes what I can remember in no particular order. I love your new bag and your new backpack. I too need a park bag and I think I am going to get a backpack that way my dh will help carry it too. I do need a new one because my LL Bean one is purple and he won't help me carry that. I think I need to check my Kohls.:rotfl: Yay for a date night with dh. I wish we had a Disney Store here. Ours closed :sad1: and the closest one to me is in Kansas City. I am going to try to get there at least once before my trip.

I am the one who was having problems with headaches and dr's not listening. I am still waiting to see the dr but he did give me a prescription so if I need it I can take it.

I just have to tell you that everytime I see your Chapter title, Hello Elle, in my subscription list I have "Hello Angels" stuck in my head from Charlie's Angels and then of course I get Destiny's Child stuck in my head singing Charlie's Angels. I'm hoping to pass on the song. ;) :rolleyes1

Ummm I planning for more the pirate: than the princess:!! So any tips you might throw my way...I would be in your debt forever!!

And thanks LL...I don't have the Charlie's Angels song but I do have Destiny's child I'm a Survivor stuck in my head YAY!!!!!

Oh man! All bets are OFF! If she is going to be using an ECV....The it HAS to be a wooden roller! ::yes:: That would only be right...and she would not have to carry it around? In fact...you should make some cloth thing she can but over her basket...to make it more ... refined... uh... 'older' looking. Wiser. I mean wiser.

You know...like those things that some mothers use to hold their kids in a shopping cart...so they don't get the germs?

Flowers...pink and green...you know, grandmothery... Nana-ish. :rotfl:

You will just have to shift stuff around to fit the 10 pound roller! :rotfl2: :lmao: Even add a bag. It would so worth the luggage charges. Or carry it on. :lmao: Can you imagine THAT through a scanner!?!?!? :rotfl2: :rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl:

Or I could bring one with me in Sept and put it in storage at the POP and have you come pick it up like a fridge swap!

Will they even let you through airport security with that thing? It might be a good weapon AGAINST a terrorist. Oh my...I am cracking up...can you see that on CNN.........:rotfl:

"Woman Subdues Terrorist with a Wooden Cookie Roller" :lmao:

Oh, I am laughing out loud...One of my co-workers just came by and asked what is so funny... I think I need more sleep.

carry on...

Love all your new goodies! I can't wait to see what you picked up from Vera!

For the rolling pin, you might have some luck with the hollow plastic ones that you can fill with water. It would be nice and light and easy to pack.

Very cool. I haven't talked about it yet, but I sooooo want pirate Mickey ears for my trip this year. That way I can alternate between those and my tiara, depending on the days activities. ;)

Really? No purple for DH, huh? Mine is usually all about black. Everything black. Black and red would have been fine too, but everything black!

I had to get the green! HAD TO!!! :lmao:

I am the one who was having problems with headaches and dr's not listening. I am still waiting to see the dr but he did give me a prescription so if I need it I can take it.

I'm glad to hear you're on the road to recovery. :goodvibes

Oh, thanks for sharing. :lmao:

Now all I can think of is, "Good morning, Charlie."

"Good morning, angels!" :rotfl2:

Ummm I planning for more the pirate: than the princess:!! So any tips you might throw my way...I would be in your debt forever!!

I'll PM you.

And thanks LL...I don't have the Charlie's Angels song but I do have Destiny's child I'm a Survivor stuck in my head YAY!!!!!

Oh for pete's sake, you two! :lmao:

I just had to quote this in its entirety.

You never, ever fail to entertain me. And that you're having a laugh as well, well that just makes me happy. You keep commenting on my trip, okay, girlie? That was downright hysterical. :rotfl2:

:lmao::lmao::lmao:Love it Maroo.:lmao::lmao::lmao:
I needed a good laugh this morning.

She's a riot. I knew we kept Maroo around for a reason. :thumbsup2

Love all your new goodies! I can't wait to see what you picked up from Vera!

I will let it slip that I have won one Ebay auction so far. :rolleyes1

Your dh sounds like mine, "If it is black he likes it but red will be ok too". :rotfl: Those are the exact words he told me the other day.

I will let it slip that I have won one Ebay auction so far. :rolleyes1

Ohhh!popcorn::popcorn::popcorn::

I just want to state for the record that this thread is really dangerous to my wallet.

I'm not even a huge Vera fan, yet I've been consumed lately with trying to check out a Vera wristlet to see if it would work for my December trip. In Raspberry Fizz. I think Heidi may be responsible for my seeing that pattern too.:rotfl:

Hello!! Just started to read your TR with Tink and then came over here. I just read it all!! (Ok so I cheated and only read the chapters but seriously 71 pages!! That's rediculous!! In only the best way!! ;)) Ok so I love your plans, it seems like you finally have some concrete plans. I'm glad you found a bag and shoes finally!! I know how hard that can be!! Of course you found what you needed at Kohls, that is the best store ever!! I got most of my vacation clothes at Kohls and I always look there first!! They always have sales, it's great!! I think your costumes for MNSSHP sound great!! Can't wait to hear more!!

You guys have been having way too much fun here! This is the first REAL opportunity I've had to be on my computer for days, and now I see what I've missed! I think I may have a hernia from laughing so hard at the images of Nana with a rolling pin! Rich!

I'll make a deal with maroo, I'll bring a bowl of gazpacho for my photo prop, and she can bring her banana! ;)
