LTR Kathy, glad your DH is safe and sound-my husband did a fair amount of traveling for a number of years. It seemed whenever we had a blizzard, hurricane, or other natural disaster he was staying in some nice hotel with room service and I was shoveling snow, scraping ice or home without power for three days! He mostly works from home now, which is nice. I would always plan a special dinner or movie night with our daughter when he was away and she has nice memories of some of those-I bet your boys will look back and have some too!
Alyssa, we're all a little jealous of your trip! Have fun.
Karen, thanks for the 45 day reminder-that doesn't sound so far off, does it?
I am terrible at thinking of names and I think all the ones I've seen are great-and would be fine with any of them.

Ok everyone we have 12 great names to choose from, so no more suggestions please.

I have sent them all to Danielle via a PM.
When she gets the poll set up she will post the link.

Some people only post on the weekend, so maybe we should give it until sunday night or monday to vote by??

I just want everyone to have a chance to vote even if they cant check in as often as some of us do.

I think even Sunday 5 P.M. Eastern time should be a good cut off date for voting.
What do the rest of you think?
That way we can start the new week with new name.

I am feeling about the same... still feel like this head cold could take a turn for the worse, or a turn for the better.... kind of just right on the edge. I've still been taking tons of vitimin C, drinking Arbornne (immune system booster), and trying to get sleep... so I'm hoping soon, it'll take a turn for the better and I will beat this thing!! Our weather just turned from summer weather to more fall-ish weather, and so I think it's the change in weather that caused me to get this head cold.

My DW and our the Husband of the couple going on the cruise with us have been fighting a sinus\cold symptoms for a few weeks. They both seem to get better and then hit a wall. We think it is a combination of weather, allergies, and a cold.

Hope you all get over it soon!

I am trying to get a copy of the Personal Navigator from this weekends start to the first 7 day Eastern Caribbean Cruise. I also asked if they still give out Bandanas so we can know what to expect.

Cold this morning BRRRRR!!!! Wish it was cruise time already
Our afternoons will be 80's here for a few more days, then its Fall setting in.

I finally got the printer to work with my computer thanks to my husbands help.
I hope to get at least one of my 3 door signs done today

Then i need to decide on what designs to print off and put on my shirt.

Anybody else making themed shirts??

My name is Kathy and hubby is Greg. We also have our adult son Peter coming this time. This will be our 21st DCL cruise and we have cruised Carnival once too
I envy you heading to WDW. We are spending a week there prior to the cruise.

By your signature area I assume this is your 2nd DCL cruise?

We have a cruise mates list with all our names on it and I will add your group today. If you send me a PM I with your e-mail addres I will send you a copy.

Good morning, everyone!

Well, as of last night through tomorrow, I'm dog sitting my good friend's dog! It has been so much fun to have a dog back in the house.

She is a toy maltese! So, she's very little! She is probably about 2 1/2 - 3 lbs right now (she is 7 months old). I will try to post a picture of her later today. Anyway, the boys have loved having her, and so have I.

Welcome, Michelle, Vicki and Eve! Very cool you just booked the cruise!! Not too much longer until we cruise!

Well, not much going on here today, except taking care of a dog, and some errands. Low key day, which is good.

My cold seems to be getting a little better, so that is good, but I am still a bit congested.

Oh, and Eric made it to India, so he's safe and sound there now... he flies to China on the 23rd.

I voted for the MAGIC because we talked about changing it to Island Cruisers.....which I like better.

And we are now away of who the weirdo of the group....Do we need a vote on the
"Beach Chair Hog."
"Over dressed for formal night"
"Most likely to miss the boat?"
"Most likely to order multiple entrees?"
"Most gracious tipper."
"Most likely to get a call from home saying the toilet is clogged?"
