boo hoo - we have to change our dates to the October 20th sailing due to a huge change in our school schedule - I 'had' to upgrade to a verandah room, obviously I was happy to do that! THE FANTASY GOES TO NYC

The ship arrives Tuesday morning and the thought is it will pass by the statue of liberty around 7:30 ish

here is a webcam from the statue of liberty/harbor:

Booked my flights over the weekend....$335 RT from Monterey to MCO (with a short layover in LAX on the departure and San Francisco on the return)....absolutely LOVE flying from the Monterey airport and it saved me about $150

Great!! It will be so much more fun for her (and us ) if she has other kids she wants to play/hang out with!

I don't think I've seen anyone post any pics?! On our meet thread last year we all shared MANY pics before the cruise and I think it helped us to get to know each other even better. We were certainly able to recognize each other out on the ship.

He will be a senior in college...so sad he won't be going, but my good friend (and travel agent) Colleen (who is from New Jersey) will be joining me. We had hoped to have another friend from Brooklyn as well, but her son is getting married this summer so doesn't sound a cruise is in her plans for this year
