YIPEE! We finally have our Stateroom assignment - 6672! It is a slight upgrade too! We were 9A and now are 8D. We were orignally 10A but upgraded to 9A. I am glad that we finally know where we are going to be. Please update FE. Thank you!

Book the Port Adventures, adult-exclusive dining, spa and fitness, nursery time,excursions, cabanas, spa treatments, etc. as soon as you are able to. In order to book these pre-cruise, you have to be paid in full. Once paid, the ability to reserve depends on your Castaway Club status (how many times you have cruised with DCL in the past):

• Never cruised on DCL, - Can reserve 75 days prior to cruising, starting 12:01 AM on 9/10/2012
• 1-5 previous cruises (Silver status), - Can reserve 90 days prior to cruising, 8/26/2012
• 6 – 10 previous cruises (Gold status), - Can reserve 105 days prior to cruising, starting 12:01 AM on 8/11/2012
• 11 plus previous cruises (Platinum status), - Can reserve 120 days prior to cruising, starting 12:01 AM on 7/26/2012

If you are interested in Remy Dinner, Palo Dinner, or Palo Brunch, I suggest you try to get those first! If you are able to book it, save your reservation. You are able to book (sort of fill your cart) multiple reservations, but if you wait until the end, you could lose your dining reservation!

Where am I?
PORT, LEFT, FISH - all three have 4 letters in them
STARBOARD, SEAHORSES - both have 9 letters in them

When you first find your stateroom, notice what your "Fish Extender" is. [It will be either a FISH or a SEAHORSE] This will make it easy to find your stateroom during the cruise.

Forward or AFT?
The hall carpets have a globe on them and the Disney Ships. If the globe is facing right side up, you are walking forward. If it is upside down, you are walking AFT.

It's so exciting to see this list! We are Stateroom #5178 (not 5175). Looking forward to meeting all of you!

We F I N A L L Y got our room assignment, 8042, a 5B!!! We were a 6B guarantee, so I am pretty happy with this room! The 5B says nothing about a whitewall verandah, so hubby is thrilled.

The FE doesn't have a whole lot of rules!!

• You can bring a gift for each person in the stateroom, or one for the whole stateroom!
• You can buy something or make something!
• It can be something only available in your area, or just something you like!
• You can deliver all gifts in one day or spread it across the cruise!

I'm guess with a 6 year old, she would have fun delivering the "gifts", so you might want to spread it across several days (such as each morning before breakfast we deliver 5 gifts).

It really doesn't matter what the gift is. . . returning to your room and seeing something in there just makes the cruise that much more special!!

For some reason the exchange seems to be even more fun if you don't get caught delivering something

We just moved our March trip to this cruise (Our first one!!) We wont have our room assignments until a few weeks before the cruise. Will this be a problem? We signed up to do fish extenders today! Also wanted to mention that I have a 6 y/o DD and a 3.5 y/o DD who love to play with new friends!

Howdy all,

We just booked this cruise 30 minutes ago

My name is Kathy and DH is Greg. No kids or grandkids with us this time.

We are neighbors with Mickey, living 10 miles from WDW. We love Disney and go to the parks almost every weekend.


This is our 22nd DCL cruise and we have also cruised Carnival.
But it's our first time on the Fantasy, so it will be all new to us this time.

We want to do the FE so I will PM the info right away
Glad we booked before the cut off date!!

As far as whether you split the group or not vote, makes no difference to us.

I am an avid poster as you can tell by my post count. I am looking forward to meeting all of you.
I havn't had time to read all the posts yet but I did read something about questions of the week so i will go back and find those to answer soon. I love it when people post questions to answer or trivia questions.


I do believe I know one of the cruisers here. Steve and Lisa from Cocoa beach.

We have cruised together with the Bananaheads.

You may not remember us but we won the Banana statue you made for trivia contest you did for the Dis on board. I still have it and proudly displayed it in my china close for a couple years.
