November 2015....The countdown begins!!

Me and the Hubbs booked CBR for 5 nights, Nov 8-13th. :-) I really wanted to go a little earlier, but with FD starting back up on 11/8, that dictated our start date. Wanted 6 nights, but starting on 11/8, there were no Value or Moderates available for 6 nights by the time I got the OK from DH to book :sad2:. This will be our first time staying in a moderate, (we've stayed at Sports and POP the past 2 years) so Im excited to try it out, especially at CBR. We upgraded to DxDP, we did it last year and had a great time trying signatures:P. Can't wait!! my ADR day is in 5 days, so I'm making lists of all the places we want to book!!

DF told me over a year ago that we couldn't go to WDW until it was our honeymoon. That was originally going to be next September since I was out of vacation time this year. Well, my parents decided to go to Israel for Thanksgiving this year which freed up a week of vacay and now we're getting married this year. So we're going Nov 3-14. The first three nights are at Poly, the next two nights are at POFQ, and the last six nights are at AK. ADRs can be made tomorrow!

November 5-14th here....had to do split reservation to get free dining promo @ CBR, ADRs here we come soon!

Guess who just booked her WDW trip today?!!!!! :tigger: I'm so excited! Will be staying at Pop again, 11/12-11/20! :D . Little nervous about November weather, but it has to be better than Pennsylvania in November! :rotfl:Now I need to remember how to make a new ticker for my countdown.

Kept checking the website and we got our November trip changed to Pop Century with FD! We'll be there from the 12-21. Now, no more searching for a room, next up is ADRs next week.

The last two years we've gone the week of Halloween, this year we're going 11/12 - 11/19 so we can see the lights! I'm excited about seeing different decorations but a little nervous since we've always had great weather and decent crowds in Oct and worried about Nov.

Me too! Majority of my trips have been in October. Last year was the first time I did MNSSHP, and we were there 21st-29th. This year we are trying MVMCP for the first time and going 11/12-11/20. I am hoping it won't be too cold. The first time I went as a kid, in November, it was freezing. We went for my b'day.

I'm hoping for some warm Nov. weather this year, too! We've been twice in Nov. Once we went early in the month around Veteran's Day and it was gorgeous. Last time in 2012, we were there Thanksgiving day for 10 days and it was pretty darn chilly. Got away with shorts a couple days but were really only comfortable in them from like 1:00-4:00 lol! And the nights were cold........this year going 11/20-11/28 and even though I'm going to pack a little of everything, I'd prefer not to have to wear 4 layers every night :cold:

Our last couple of trips have been at the end of January and we never do time by the pool. This year we are doing November 14 - 20 and hope to have warm, sunny weather so we can enjoy some the pool! Fingers crossed!

I am someone that usually travels very lightly. I take one carryon and my backpack, only. Don't have much room to pack a little of everything. Lol
Which really is what I'll have to do. Guess there will be repeat outfits. No choice there, I suppose. I am not checking my bags. The other thing that stinks, is that I'm much more comfortable in dresses and skirts, which I wear all the time in the summer. Cannot really do that in the winter, and pants are annoying to me, very uncomfortable on a surgical area I have. So, packing this year, will not be fun!

Hmm...do you wear short skirts/dresses or long? Long should be fine even if it's chilly. My arms are always colder than my legs anyway so I get more concerned w/ having jackets & sweatshirts-which are also a pain to pack :sad2: Our May & Oct. trips were definitely easier to pack for, and Aug. was a breeze lol!
I've recently read some TR's & DR's from Nov. and in pictures the families are wearing shorts and short sleeves or tank tops. We just have to cross our fingers we get a month like that ::yes::

Usually, I wear golf skirts for active things like theme parks, they are comfy, cool and have shorts built in. But I don't usually do long skirts. I am pretty short, and it's hard to find long skirts that I won't trip over, and I am not tailoring. Lol My arms are usually chilly, too. I always bring a lightweight scarf with me. I will keep my eye out for a longer skirt maybe. That is a good idea, of I can find one that fits and that isn't too long. :) thanks.

We are booked for November 19-25 for a girls only Christmas in November trip!! Staying at the Villas at Wilderness Lodge!! Can't wait it will be my 1st ever trip at that time of year.

I'm so glad the calendar is finally out for our dates, and I can make ADR's this Friday! Woo hoo! It seems like time's been dragging until now - hopefully the next six months will fly by since we'll be busy with summer activities. Since we're planning on spending a bunch of time at F&W early on in our visit, we're only going to get a few TS reservations... we're thinking Raglan Road for dinner because my sis-in-law loves Irish music (and we both love a good Guinness!), Wolfgang Puck's Grand Cafe for lunch because that's my sis's favorite, and my niece wants to try all the beers at Big River Grille on our HS day. All I want is Flame Tree BBQ, and to try lots of different things at F&W. I can't wait!!!!

My sweet fiance decided last night that he wants to book a Disneymoon for this November so we will be doing a split stay at CBR and AKL. We've never stayed at either place. It's been 5 years since our last trip. Can't wait!

I'm in for 11/5-11/14 at CBR (at the moment)! It will be my first trip to WDW in over 25 years. :hourglass Since I booked I've decided to get my annual pass so I'm hoping for some discount love with a room only discount during the summer. I don't like where I'm staying being so up in the air, but I've got my ADRs and everything else booked and ready to go. :yay:

I'll be there the same exact dates!!! Just did all of my ADR's saturday morning and got everything I wanted at the times I wanted them!

I'm checking in on 11/8, but I haven't been able to get an ADR past 11/9 online. Did you call or do them online?

Online. Are you staying onsite or offsite? Lots of people who are staying onsite are having a problem with getting their 180+10 to show online when their window opens up.

We are staying on site. My fiance called this morning and was told there has been a server crash. It's just frustrating because we're having trouble getting certain reservations we want.
