I got everything figured out! I am just ditching Via Napoli(which is alright) for 1900!!!! YAY I get to keep everything! LTT,T-Rex, 1900PF and all the park days stay the same and I get Coral reef for lunch now! YAY@!

Those who were counting on Aug 4th for Be Our Guedt...the only source reporting Aug 4th has removed that date and replaced it with late Aug. I know several of us questioned the date since no one else said it, apparently it is incorrect.

Well, part of me wants to say ..... That stinks. But, I am so happy with the way my ADRs line up. I'm not so bothered by this. If we don't get it this trip.....There is always next time.

Anyone have reservations to take the kiddos to Harmony Barber Shop? I think I'll look over my plans tonight and give them a call tomorrow to see what is available.

I'd never heard of the Harmony Barber shop until you posted this. I've been putting off my son's first haircut and now I have the perfect place!! The girls are doing BBB and now he will get something special too! Even if he won't remember it, I definitely will!!

That is a CBS game this year according to the schedule, but there are over 100 TVs in the ESPN Club and something like 30+ channels so I don't see why CBS college football won't be on! Unless they do something like restrict everything to ABC/ESPN?!? I've seen other non-ESPN stuff on in there before though - good luck.

Here is my plan so far, staying @ CSR for 8 nights 11/23-12/1. Will arrive (driving) on Thanksgiving Day will stay at Best Western LBV @ DTD for 1 night on reward points before checking in to CSR.

11/22 - Arrive @ BW in DTD by 10:00am
Can't decide what to do this day -Choice 1-just do DTD shopping or Choice 2- pick up tickets early and go to HS for a couple of hours (this would be DS13 choice)

11/23 - Check in to CSR early, go to MK, back to resort to unpack, Chef Mickeys @ 4:45, return to MK for favorites and Wishes

11/24 - Again not sure what to do this day, This is College Football Game Day and it will be the Alabama/Auburn game probally @ 2:30. We are BIG fans my DH is an Auburn fan and myself and DS are Alabama fans (ROLL TIDE) so we have to watch the game.
-Our options are if we did not visit HS on arrival day to go here for the morning to do favorites the have lunch at Ragland Road and back to resort to watch the game, after game return to HS to see Lights
-another option would be if we go to HS on arrival day to do DTD on this day for shopping and lunch @ Ragland Road then back to resort for the game and the rest of the evening off, maybe some pool time if weather is good

11/25 - Animal Kingdom late arrival, Dinner @ Yak & Yeti @ 4:45

11/26 - Epcot, Dinner @ Chefs de France @ 4:40

11/27 - Hollywood Studios, dinner @ Sci-fi @ 5:20, F!, lights

11/28 - Magic Kingdom, dinner @ BOG (Hopefully)

11/29 - Epcot, late arrival, dinner @ Teppan Do @ 4:45, Illuminatons

11/30 - Magic Kingdom late arrival for late lunch @ LTT @ 2:30 staying for MVMCP

12/1 - Drive Home

DS13 has Aspergers Syndrome so we will have a GAC and will not need FP's. However I plan to get some to gift out and spread a little pixie dust.

So what do you think? What seem like to best choices to make?

First off ROLL TIDE!!! We are Huge Alabama fans! We are doing Epcot that day & are gonna walk over to the ESPN place on the boardwalk to see if the game is on. If not either go back to the room or listen to Eli Gold!(on our phone with the iheartradio app) We will be all decked out in our BAMA gear!

I made a ressie through DVC member services last Dec. for
my nieces little boy's 1st haircut. They were wonderful with him.

I have posted before about arriving on Nov 8th and thus missing free Dining, and how frustrating this has been. A few people mentioned just pick your park tickets up early and book a room only for the 8th.

I wrote a letter to Disney guest relations. I just got a phone call back from them. First off you can NOT get tickets early.. although the cast member I just spoke too said she would make special arrangements for me to get mine. She also said there is nothing she can do about the free dining but she gave me a $200 discount and upgraded my park hopper tickets to include the water parks.

No really feeling the magical experience currently.

Wow, cant say ive ever heard of Disney compensating someone because their trip doesnt fall during promotional dates And the CM you spoke with was misinformed, unfortunately. You can in fact pick up your tickets up to 3 days early.
I would be feeling quite magical if i were in your shoes and just got all that lol

I know I don't know much about this discount stuff and picking tickets up early. But I would be feeling quite magical too if I was offered any of that.

I'm blocked out but I just accepted the fact that I picked dates that are blocked and maybe next time I'll be lucky and get some offer but seriously to be that upset about not getting a discount that's not guaranteed for you to get, well that just sounds like sour grapes to me. No disrespect meant, just not getting the Disney complaints that non FD'ers have been making.
