Shoot... the CM yesterday had quoted $15 for shipping, not $5. :( I would have definitely had them send it if I knew that - I have NO confirmation what so ever, not even an email which makes me very worried... I only see the charge on my CC! :scared1:

Did they not read you a ticket number? They did for me. It was the first 3 letters of my first name, last initial, and a string of numbers. I specifically asked what to do if the tickets didn;t arrive becuase she siad they weren't doing email confirmation and was told to call ticketing with that number if I didn't have them in 10 days.

I would call them back. I did 2 purchases and got a confirmation number each time. It is 4 letters, usually tied into your initials somehow, and 8 numbers, and based on how they changed from the first to second transaction, it looks like they are order numbers since they changed slightly.

Since I did mine over the phone instead of online, I got the CM's name, as well as put all this on my ADR spreadsheet to bring with me should there be a problem.

Sounds like I'll be calling Florida soon as I'm done with this task at work!

:scared1: I hope I made it work this time. I could fit in alot more things I wanted to do. The parade taping scared me alot!:scared1:

This thread is a fountain of Disney knowledge ! I really need to know if the FD( free dining) I'm picking up on the shorthand:) will extend to November. We are planning on going 11/11-11/17 and staying at the Poly .We have driven our last two trips and plan on it again (1,286 miles flies by) however I need to get a handle on my FD odds so I can stop reading all these sites and get some work done. Plus I feel like its kind of a girls club lol

Good morning ya'll. :goodvibes
Anyone have an idea of when info on the Candlelight Processional will be released?

This years dates are on the Disney site Nov 23 - Dec 30 but no additional information. I know last year CP dining packages went on sale the end of July. Here are a couple links for some additional information, but the dates and narrators listed are from 2011. It will at least give you the basic idea of how it works. For the first link scroll near the bottom for Candlelight Processional info and dining packages.

Here is a question for all of you who are planning on attending one of the parties (MVMCP).....what do you do during the day....tour a park as usual? rest? and what about dinner....counter service in the park or table service before? Our tentative plan right now is breakfast at 1900 Park Fare, a little park hopping to hit up some favorites, back to the resort to relax and change, then an early dinner at Kona Cafe before heading over to the MK around 5 or 5:30. We've never been to a MVMCP before and would love to hear everyone's thoughts on this. Thanks!

no way to know for sure yet. They have offered it for november the last 3 years however, with the week of Thanksgivng and I THINK Jersey Week blacked out. I am hoping that we will know more when the current FD offer ends May 18th, but last year it wasn't announced until early August. All fo the discounts for this year have been coming out a bit earlier so I am hoping this one follows suit.

In the past we've done exactly what you're mentioning, but this year we are planning on sleeping in and going to a water park during the day, then going to high tea around 4 at the GF and then going to the party. :dance3:

We ususally rope drop MK and stay until about noon, head back to the hotel to change and rest, then head back to the MK about 4 and eat counter srevice there. Park hopping takes to long for us to actually get much done between opening and noon, unless it was MK to Epcot, and if we leave the parks any later than noon by the time we get back to the resprt we don't have tiem to do much other than shower, change, and head back. You have to figure that if you leave the park at noon, it could be one before you get back to the resort, and you will need a halk hour bare minimum going the other way to get into MK. That only leaves about 3 hours to nap, shower, and change.

This year we will be pulling in about lunch on party day. We plan to check in, get lunch at the resort, and hopefully be able to settle into out room before heading to MK for the party.

De-lurking to subscribe. We'll be at the Poly Nov.3-10. Just need to set aside some time in these crazy next few days to call and book and then get to making ADR's! :cool1:

We were planning on going to Animal Kingdom that day. At first we were going to go to MK all day but with the taping and having to change a few days around....I still am looking at the schedule because it just doesnt "fit" yet.

I have a question. I was going to schedule Coral Reef for dinner.... Can I just call and turn that into a Candle Light Processional package or do I have to rebook the ressie?

You would have to cancel and rebook as a CP package - they are a set price/ # of TS credits.

I wanted to get the credit card type but the $5.00 shipping fee is for US standard mail...I live in Canada so I would have to pay a $25 FedEx fee. :( I had them e-mailed to me instead...I can't really justify an extra $25 for plastic instead of paper! Oh well, can't win them all

Strange...when I booked my tickets the lady didn't mention about a fee to get them shipped to me...and I got a FedEx tracking number today for them. I thought that was really fast service! They're supposed to get here by 5pm on Friday  Come to think of it...I didn't even request that she mail them out to me, she just mailed them out  Maybe I did pay extra for shipping :confused3

We have park hoppers, so my plan for the party days is to start off in one park, preferably one that has morning EMH, and then go back to the resort around 2pm for a little rest, then head out to the parties around 4-5. As for food, I think it will depend on our stomachs and when we're hungry.

If I can swing it I was hoping to do a party on a day when we won't be in any park. If I have my facts right we can enter for the party after 4pm. It's almost as good a full park day without having to use one up.

Well THAT is just goofy! I really dont see them having openings for 11 ppl:( :headache:

Well, they only have a certain # available its true, but they WILL be held until the tickets go on sale. If you call right away when they are released (I "fondly" remember being on hold for 45 minutes in August :headache: ) You'll have the same chance as everyone! I bet you will get in! :wizard:

So I could book coral reef anyway, then try for the CLP package and then cancel my existing Coral reef adr? Sounds like a plan!
