Hi  Shawna

I could just kick myself for not booking the BB, I knew I could change the reservation later if we needed to but I let DH talk me out of booking.

He regetted it too when I told him last week that the room we want to book which is $475 rack would have only been $308 with the BB

Fingers crossed for discounts coming out soon

For all those wondering about what dates MVMCP will be, I posed that question in the theme park forum, and Robo had a very good point which I did not think of. Even though the dates are not officially released until the beginning of May, when November's hours are released in mid April or so, if you look at the MK hours, the nights the park closes at 7PM are usually Party nights.

I'm excited gonna buy $200 Disney gift cards at Krogers this week and get .80 cents off per gallon of gas plus if I use my ChaseFreedom card I'll get %5 back!

Another ? since I've never been in November what are some of the best resorts to go visit for lights/decorations? And do you think they will be up the Wednesday before the week of Thanksgiving????

The running theory when I posed that question in the resorts forum was the week of Thanksgiving for the resorts, as parks take first priority

Well, this thread is now at 201 pages! Imagine that! And to think we're all still about 8 months or so away from our trips to WDW. :lmao: I do think this is the most active thread under 'Disney Discount Codes and Rates'. Way to go!!:cool1:

well pooh I was hoping to take that arrival day Wednesday before Thanksgiving week to visit resorts :( Guess I'll have to use our departing day.......more time to spend at the pool I suppose....

Hi everyone,

We are going to the Polynesian in November, and are really excited!

Sending positive vibes all around so good deals will be found!:goodvibes:goodvibes:goodvibes:goodvibes

Colors:goodvibes

It is official we are booked and waiting for a code or free dining. :worship: I checked the history and Disney has offered Free Dining for the time period that we will be there for the last 6 yearspixiedust:
We will be at POR 11/11-11/19. The whole dang family!! party:

I don't know if I can stand to wait that long :rotfl:

We are officially booked for Nov 4-9 in a Cars suite at A of A!!!! :cool1: Dh and I agreed that unless a ridiculously good discount comes our way we will stay there. Our boys are only little once and they will be so excited to stay there. We may ask my mom to join us, so we have to decide if she will stay with us or get a room in the Little Mermaid section. YAY!

This is my first post ever...we are going Nov. 22-30 for our first trip. So excited. We got a great deal thru AAA already but are always on the lookout for a better one!

How did it take me so long to find this thread?! :confused3

I'm going for my honeymoon Oct 29-Nov 11, staying at the CSR/POR in a royal room :cool1: We're hoping for a PIN or special promo during that time, so here's hoping!

:welcome: to all the newbies!

If and WHEN this thread gets locked, Ill just start a part II LOL we still have a LONG way until we go and we need some entertinment, right? popcorn:: :lmao:

Ill just transfer everything from the first page to the new one :cloud9:

Thanks everyone for the well wishes :) BUT just my luck, the kids are off this week for spring break and I actually have time/energy for planning! Anyway, I have my Urologists appointment on April 23rd to hopefully get the official diagnosis. Its not that I want this condition/disease but answers would be nice~! Now off to the Disney foodies page to finish our ADR's :)

I don't see why they wouldn't have the lights/decorations up prior to Thanksgiving (at least some of the decorations). When we were there last it was 2006 and we checked out of Pop on November 1. The resort was already putting out Christmas decorations the day we left to come home.

Just booked 11/13-12-2...Art of Animation family suite CAN"T wait!!!!:thumbsup2

YEa agreed...I think they start them soon after Halloween ends!

Ok fellow Novemberers (if that is a word) I need some help! I dont know how to finish my ADR's! I dont really wanna waste them on CS meals BUT I dont have any 2 credit ones I wanna eat at! And with the youngest kid being 4, I dont think she will enjoy them. I need one or 2 more AND now with my dietary changes, I need to make sure I can eat what they offer! Buffets might be ur best bet for the most part, since I have a larger selection. Here is what we have -not in any order just what I can think of)

CP breakfast
CM Breakfast
Princess Breakfast at akershus
Cape may cafe clambake dinner
t-rex
rainforest cafe
WCC
sci-fi
50's PT
GF cafe

AND another idea that is floating in my head is the pirate league? I wonder if my kids would like it?

mommyof3princess27,
Have you considered lunch or dinner at 1900 Park Fair? Great characters! And the selection of food is varied. Breakfast could be your best bet though. Then there's the character b'fast and lunch at Animal Kingdom. Buffet too.

Thanks! I think maybe we will do the supercalifragilistic breakfast! And of course tusker house:cloud9:
