Congrats!!!
I can't wait to hear about your trip when you get back!! Take as many pics as you can without making you feel like you are behind the camera all the time!! Have a safe and magical trip!!

Thank you and you have a great day too!!

Well it's not morning anymore, but since I got to take a nap, it ended up being a good one.
My DH jumped out of bed this morning and woke me up with, "hurry up Kim, it's after 9" I normally get up at 7:30 to get the DSs up, and fed, so they can get on the bus at about 8:30. Ok, they missed the bus, I'm feeling medicine heady from the abrubt wake up, so the DSs stay home from school. Then the DH leaves the room and when he gets back, he said that his mom said that it was just 8. WOO HOO 30 mins to get the boys up, dressed and ready for the bus. The DH helps me get them ready. They didn't get their normal sit down breakfast, but I did put them on the bus with 2 slices each of Schwan's microwavable all ready cooked bacon. As soon as they were on the bus, I went back down for a nap. I slept until 10-ish and then started doing school work.
Hopefully later today, I can look at an ADR schedule and talk to DH about the dates for the trip.

Yay that you got your nap. I'll be going back to bed tomorrow morning after everyone's gone. DD is on the bus by 6:45. DS16 would be, too, but he drives to school. DS20 does not have school tomorrow (both classes cancelled), so he'll be sleeping in. I tend to stay up way too late during the week, so, by Friday I'm exhausted! (but it's my day off, so it's ok)

Yayyyy! So excited about your trip. Just told my DH and he's a little jealous, too! Have SOOOOOOO much fun!

This is my problem too. If I'm lucky, I'm in bed by midnight (and that doesn't happen often) and then I'm up at 7:30 on Tues-Fri and then on Monday I'm up at 5 AM. Usually, I'm finally laying down between 1-2 AM.

I might be changing our trip to Oct instead. I had picked Nov b/c DS has 1.5 days off that week, but totally forgot the he will be attending a new school next year. DUH! So I checked their schedule for this year & they didn't have veterans day off at all! Now I am looking at Columbus weekend b/c this school does have 1.5 days off then.
I would LOVE to see all the fall decorations & visit F&W Fest. My only concern is how hot/humid it will be in early Oct as well as how rainy. Have any of you been to WDW in Oct b4???

We went this year at the beginning of October and it was warm, but not ridiculously so. Then again, here in MD we had 100+ temps this summer, so anything felt better than that! We tried the pool one day while we were down there and it was too cold.

We went in October around 8-13th. I loved that time of year. It was cool enough in the mornings and evenings that we needed a fleece pull-over jacket. We wore t-shirts and shorts every day. I don't remember the heat/humidity being bad at all. The crowds were not bad at all. It didn't rain while we were there.

Ahhh, so you know how it is! I'm in bed by 12:30-1:30 and get up at 5:45.:guilty: Not good. Today, DDog kept whining in her crate, so I got no extra sleep. UGH! And I don't mean dear/darling dog here either!

Thanks everyone!!! T minus 2 hrs til we leave!

Woo hooooo! You might be on the Magical Express by now! Enjoy every minute of your trip!:banana::banana::banana::banana:

We were there over Columbus holiday in 2006 (my kids used to have a whole week for fall break then, now they only get 2 days) and it was great. The weather was still pretty hot, but not too bad (and I am NOT a heat person and even LESS of a humid person!). Apparently, it's too long ago for this old mind to remember about the rain. There was one year when we had a really rainy day at Animal Kingdom and I *think* it may have been that trip, but I'm not sure. Definitely didn't ruin our trip, though. DH and I are going to go in 2014 for our 25th anniversary. It's in early September, but I think we're going to delay it by a month or so, so that we can go in October again AND go to the F&W festival!:cool1:

Yes, I do. Then when my DH comes to bed from playing World of Warcraft, that usually wakes me up. He comes to bed sometime between 3:30-4:30. I can sometimes take a nap after I put the boys on the bus Tues-Fri, unless my mil needs to go somewhere. She still isn't supposed to drive very far, so I have to drive her.

Isn't Columbus day around the 8th? If it is, y'all were there the same time we were there. Back then, our kids had a fall break around Columbus day, and we went to WDW in 2006 during that week.

WOW, your DH stays up late! Mine is in bed by 10!!:lmao::lmao:

Yep! October 8 is Peyton's birthday and we spent her 7th birthday there! That was such a great time to be there. I miss that, but now they get a week at Thanksgiving and I do LOVE seeing the Christmas stuff. That is so COOL that you were there the same week! Where did you stay? Still POR for us. Choices are limited for a far from wealthy family of 5, but we really do love it there, too.:lovestruc

Sooo Jealous :( My son's friend (my old co worker ) is in Disney right now for the taping of the Christmas parade. He actually is working there for his internship. Justin Beiber just got done performing! He said it is awesome there for the parade and that the decos are out of this world!

We stayed at the WL. We had a room near the otter pond. We couldn't see the MK, but we could see the fireworks pop through the trees. It was so nice at the end of the day to sit on the balcony and watch them. It was a great time to be there. I would love to go during that time again, but we can't since it's during football season.

I used to be a WoW widow. DH stopped playing about a year ago, just deactivated his account. :woohoo: We've met some wonderful people through WoW, but it took soooo much time.

Love your username!

Thank you. It's one of my favorite lines from any movie.
We've met some great people through WoW, and then we've met some people that I would have rather not met. I have several of the good ones as FB friends and even met one of them in person as she was driving through town. I know two couples that met through WoW. One of them are already married and the other is getting things ready to be married.

Well we used to raid together, but since we had to move in with the in laws, I can't raid late nights any more. Plus, I'm not sure how much WoW we'll be playing after the 20th. That's when the new Star Wars MMO comes out, and we will be playing that. We already have our CE's paid for. We just have to pick them up at the midnight release.

I just wanted to pop in to say hi to everyone!! It's been busy weekend, and I'm exhausted. Hope everyone is doing well.
