november 2004 park hours?

Hello, I found projected hours for the parks, based on last year. Does anybody know if this is accurate? For example it lists MK closing at 6:00 pm, can I use last years park hours to make this years plans?
Also can I book a Fantasmic dinner package right now? If so, what number do I use?
Staying offsite, this is our first trip to Disney with our three year old daughter and we want it to be perfect.

Disney only releases hours about 60 days in advance. The only night MK closed at 6:00pm last November was the first night for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, Nov 30. There's no guarantee this year's hours will match last years but it's a good indicator to work with until the official hours come out. Also, the official hours sometimes change after they are released, so check frequently for updates.

Most PS's (dining reservations) can only be made 90 days in advance, including the Fantasmic Package. Info here on the Fantasmic package:
