I think I may have screwed this up... I booked some excursions online, but now I need to change to something different to coordinate with my parents' plans. When I go online, it doesn't show any options in Cozumel or Grand Caymen (just Castaway Cay).

I know the other options are still available because I can view them through my parents' reservation. If I cancel what I already have, will all the options come back? Or do I just get the one chance at them? ACK!!

DCL's site is quite interesting. It will not let you book a conflicting excursion reservation.

So!!! IF you have booked a reservation say for the sting ray swim for 11:00am and that excursion runs until say 5:00pm. IT will not let you book or even display any excursions in between those times. You will have to go and cancel the reservations you have booked already that conflict and then retry to book the new ones HOPING that they have not already been sold out.

I hope this helps.

As an alternative, you can always call DCL customer service, and I'm sure they can help you over the phone.

You can email me at fauxforyou@zoomtown.com and I can give you the number to reach to change or delete your reservation. I too, had a little problem...It didn't give much of options to choose...so I called Disneycruise and they were able to do it for me.

Welcome TanaL and Fletch!!!! (i didn't miss any other new cruisers I hope!)

that looks like a nice thanksgiving color, huh!

we are the Marshall family -- DH Preston, myself Molli, and two DDs Taylor (13) and Paige (almost 9) we live in Central Ohio and CAN'T WAIT TO CRUISE!

ok, truth be told i'm the obsessive DCL planner -- my parents are cruising too (my mom is AlreadyExcitedGrammy when she pops in) and this is there first DCL but not first cruise. We did a land/sea vacation in 12/03 with a 4 day Wonder cruise. LOVED IT!

here is our port plans:
Sunday CC --nothing booked just float, snorkel, relax!
Tues GC - taxi over to turtle nursery; DH, Taylor and my Dad are booked with DCL for Stingray City snorkle at noon; Paige, my Mom and I are going to taxi over to butterfly farm and then back on ship for lunch and pool time
Wed Cozumel - Packages booked through www.cozumelinsider.com for sea lion swim and show for all (well the 4 of us not my folks); Dolphin Encounter for Paige and I and Royal Dolphin Swim for Taylor. Preston will be our photographer!
Fri CC -- parasailing at 10:30 for Paige and I

I get which day is GC and Cozumel turned around in my head, if I posted it vice-versa

we might be more a minority for formal night -- DH is not renting a tux the girls and I have very nice dresses lined up but nothing poofy Scorpio (Sherri) and I have been sharing our dressing up plans via email and she cracks me up -- we're having fun with it. I have my dresses posted on photobucket so I could show her if anyone cares to see? just to pass the time i guess. I guess i'm of the mindset that we are spending quite a bit on the cruise, I didn't want to shell out a couple hundred more to outfit everyone for two dinners (tux rental, etc) plus PACKING! DH will be in nice dress pants, shirt and tie and jacket

Lampy -- we are still not linked to dinner as far as I know -- can you PM me the info so I can pass it onto Barb? or whatever you prefer? thanks!

Okay, now I'm gonna fill out a bunch of post with pictures. This is FUN!!!

This picture is what I was explaining earlier in the post, is the last year Thanksgiving 2004 Disney Cruise. I'm dressed as Cinderella and Jessica in the green dress is Tinkerbell and Jenna is dressed as BELL. The boys are just standing there being handsome. Now, Yes...my DS, Jeff, is not smiling....he ran out of smiles for the night.

This year's cruise, I'm not sure what will do....something different, hmmm...

There's more to see....to those who have never been on DCL, you can see how fun it is.

we're from the Chicago area also. Have you reserved your flight yet? I bought our tix back in January and it seems they are going pretty high.

We're also staying at the Radisson on Friday night.

I don't know why, but I cannot view any pics here on the DIS that are posted using the Kodak Gallery site..... I can see Lampys photobucket pics OK, and my pics using Imagestation, but not Kodak.
And I have a ton of pics stored on Kodaks site! It is my favorite photo storage site. But just does not work here!
